The first wedding dress shop she visited a few weeks ago had a dress that she really liked however the consultant that helped her was not very supportive nor patient from what I was told. I prayed that she would have a better experience today at Perfect Dress of Rome and when I got the FaceTime call and saw how beautiful my niece looked and those tears of happiness and joy on her face, I KNEW without a doubt that she had found her Perfect and special dress and at the best shop too! Not to mention her consultant, Allie, was what every bride-to-be needs! Thank you for helping make her dream dress a reality!

I was so impressed with what I purchased that I returned the next day and purchased more jewelry. I also brought my cousin and he purchased jewelry as well. This store also has clothing and handmade purses. I love silver jewelry and after speaking with Pat (Sales Associate), I purchased copper pieces as well. This store has hundreds of pieces that are made of silver, copper, brass and other metals. The price range can fit any budget and they also have a layaway plan for those on a budget. I live in Cali and I will be purchasing more jewelry via their Internet site and by phone. If I lived there, they would get most of my money. Did I mention that the staff is simply amazing, knowledgeable and super friendly?

Fast review: great customer service tailored to the individual customer with prices consistent with…read moreother retailers. In depth review: This is not a typical shoe store - it's very much a customer experience store. Having never been to a specialty running shoe store, I expected to walk in and see rows of shelves with model shoes on top and boxes of those shoes in different sizes below. This is not that place. When I walked in, I was greeted by an employee who asked what I was looking for in a shoe and then invited me to step onto a machine that imaged my foot pressure (no additional cost). He then reviewed the image with me l, talked about specific foot issues I've experienced, explained my personal foot needs based on the image, and had me sit down while he went back and started grabbing shoes that would meet my needs. If anything, he probably had me try on more shoes than I needed. But he was thorough. He talked me through sizes, widths, and supports, pointing out different features of each shoe. Truthfully, he'd found my perfect shoe in the first 3 or so he brought out, but he kept going back looking for more options. The time involved from arriving until buying was still less than 20 minutes, so the attention to detail was great but not wasteful. Running shoes are expensive - not just here but anywhere. I'd expected a bit of mark up for the customer attention time, but that wasn't the case. I got great shoes for the price I saw them for online (yes, I did look at prices as he went back looking for more options). There was no pressure to buy a certain pair, and I didn't sense any attempt to oversell or get me into a more expensive pair. It would have been nice to have seen prices on the shoe boxes, though. We never talked about price points or how much any pair cost until I made my decision and paid. And perhaps that's for the best in terms of finding the best shoe for my feet. Would I go here again? Absolutely. Would I recommend it to others? Absolutely.
