Harry was one of several responses but stood out immediately. He was quick to confirm stopping by next day to provide an estimate--and , then, he actually did. He provided a timely estimate within the window he anticipated. And, even with my delayed response and questions he continued to be timely. He answers his phone. After the back and forth, and revised estimate (I asked for info on a diff model), he replaced my entire system within a week. I was blown away by his promptness, professionalism, and follow through--all attributes difficult to find in the Lakes Region, New Hampshire. He also provided a slightly lower quote than the couple others received. Although I was on a tight budget, he would of been worth extra if it came to that. It's only been a couple of weeks but so far so good. The take away is: I'm confident that if any installation problems arise within the year, he will resolve them with confidence. Just an all around great decision to go with him. Would give 10 stars if possible.

I have now had to push back both my plumber and electrician. Other HVAC companies are telling me 2 to 3 months. Now I may lose my construction loan and possibly my house. Won't return my calls or emails. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I would stay away from hiring him.
