They charge me $129 for showing up. 3 days go by with no follow up call with a quote. When I called, there seemed to be confusion around getting me a quote. I was told that the master electrician would call on Monday with my quote. Surprised by that, I asked, "why would an electrician call me when the job had nothing to do with electrical?" I could not get an answer to that. Monday comes and no call. It's now been a few weeks and I've never heard back nor received service for what I paid for. Was my first time calling looking for a new heating and cooling service. Will never call this company again. My mistake was paying the $129 before receiving what I should have received.

Their pricing was fair and they also were reasonable in the assessment of what needed to be replaced and what did not. We talked about a tank-less water heater but he pointed out the fact that the technology was still in its infancy and the cost vs. return on investment did not make lots of sense (or cents).
