Complete frauds. Recommended replacing an hvac system that was ONE year old and was working flawlessly. Lied about working pressure readings. Never call these crooks! read more

Well I was not told about any yearly price increases when I booked my appointment for my furnace to be maintained. The technician sprung this news to me when he arrived. Told me that it was $120 more than last year. This is not great business practice to leave the poor technician to deliver the new price on the day of the service. Anyhow he was very nice and apologetic about this and I realize it's not his fault. I'll be looking for a better price for next year's service. read more

I honestly struggle to find the words to describe this organization and the decisions they make. 2 years ago, I had a very negative experience with this company through a home warranty provider. It's a long story that I won't bore the reader with. I was extremely inconvenienced and nearly had frozen pipes, as a result. Having felt so wronged, angry and disappointed, I expressed this in the form of a negative review, which is my right as a consumer. Fast forward 2 years...once again, I needed to use my home warranty company for service. Once again, they assigned Patriot Heating and Cooling to my call. I made an appointment, moved my whole schedule around for the next day, and then? I get a call at 9pm at night telling me because I left a negative review they won't honor the appointment they made(!). So, rather than attempt to win the business of this consumer back, they double-down on the HORRIBLE customer service and supreme inconvenience to the client. This company represents the very worst of contractors and they could really use a dose of customer service and social media awareness before they inconvenience a consumer with cowardice and dishonesty. Steer clear and find another contractor. read more

Our heating system failed on a Sunday night and they got us up,and running the next day. Thanks to Al and his nephew we have heat again! Professional, knowledgable and courteous read more

Let me start off by saying Patriot was amazing. I'm in the military and gone a lot, my wife is usually home running the show. Our boiler failed and leaked carbon monoxide into the house on a Sunday night and The owner of patriot came out immediately just to make sure everything was shut down and my family was ok. He kept in contact with us up until the point of new installation, and gave us multiple system quotes so we could choose what best fit us. Once his team showed up they were all professionally dressed and very courteous. The boiler installation was a work of art and looks amazing, they were even shining the pipes at the end. I'd recommend patriot to ANYONE. Excellent service. read more

I had my Attic/AC system installed in 2016. Initial visit for consultation was great, they custom fit the system to our needs. The install was done quickly by the owner, and some of his workers. Nice to see that the owner actually doing/observing the work to insure quality installation. 2 years later system running great. I called to have a tune up to replace filters, etc. The tech Colin was very nice, and educated me on the frequency of filter changes and how important it is. Very happy with our system. read more

From day one when we had our hot water tank go bad, Art and his crew have been nothing less than fantastic!! My wife felt extremely comfortable with him and his crew in our house the first time we met them. They are professional, clean, and courteous. Their response time is quick, and they give thorough explanation both before and after their work is complete. They are an extremely dedicated and loyal family business. In our experiences with Patriot, they have gone above and beyond to ensure quality in their workmanship. We have referred them to our family and friends who have been equally satisfied. It is rare to come across a company with this level of integrity in this day and age. read more
