Steve got right back to me and came over and was able to fix the problem quickly. He was very professional and knowledgable. Unfortunately, my system is a little finicky, and I've had to have Steve come out a couple of other times to get it going again--which he was able to do quickly and affordably. I've finally decided to have him come out BEFORE I have a problem and do an annual tune-up as well. I would highly recommend Steve and have nothing but good things to say about the work he and his company do.

Just a month or 2 ago something stopped working and he quickly replied and helped me troubleshoot and fix it within minutes (it was user error, but he was still friendly and responsive about it). Really nice guy and I'm glad I went with him. Highly recommended.

Pricing is very…read morefair, the team is really efficient, very easy to talk to and best of all, they treat your house the way you would. His wife is often with him helping and she does clean up or runs to the van to get him tools or provides that extra set of hands sometimes needed, which lets him focus on fixing it faster than others could. When Brian fixes anything, you can count on it not breaking again and you will gladly have him back to do the next project. Recently we had a small leak in an outside wall that had likely been there for years but showed no signs. Brian diagnosed where the problem was quickly and that we needed a carpenter on the project also. He made a call and that same day I spoke to Matt Turner (also awesome!). We had to pull off the siding and go through the outside wall to get to this leak. David Plumbing made sure that Matt knew my expectations and was on site even after he did the plumbing to watch the Carpentry. Matt didn't need supervision and was extremely good, but Brian knew how important this was to me, so they stuck around a bit. Which I appreciated. When such a tiny drip turns into such a big project, it is reassuring to know people care about your home. David Plumbing are good people who do a GREAT job and take ownership in what they do. You will not find this level of commitment from any of the other larger Plumbing businesses. I made that mistake too many times before discovering David Plumbing & Heating. I, like many people, really don't like doing Google reviews. I will only do so when people exceed my expectations or really disappoint me. Brian at David Plumbing earned this review!
