They charge me $129 for showing up. 3 days go by with no follow up call with a quote. When I called, there seemed to be confusion around getting me a quote. I was told that the master electrician would call on Monday with my quote. Surprised by that, I asked, "why would an electrician call me when the job had nothing to do with electrical?" I could not get an answer to that. Monday comes and no call. It's now been a few weeks and I've never heard back nor received service for what I paid for. Was my first time calling looking for a new heating and cooling service. Will never call this company again. My mistake was paying the $129 before receiving what I should have received.

They are waiting on the part from oversees and claim that the power surge was the problem, even though I have everything else in my house didn't burn with a "power surge". Not to mention that the technician that installed the board took over 4 hours to install claiming he did not know how to install it. Additionally, when they performed the work in my basement, their employee went outside the house and inside without using boots protection and made my basement all dirty and stained. I called to complain and Jerry (sales man) said it was a easy fix to clean with a $50 vapor vac. DAIGLE do not know how to resolve issues. If you are using them, be aware.

I'd need to either replace them for about $8,000 or his recommendation would be to get a new system as ours is 10 yrs old. He showed me some pictures of my heat exchangers. I really don't know what they were. The new system would be about $25,000. What he didn't know was my dad owned a heating and cooling business. No one makes a diagnosis like that without even turning the furnace on, except Heritage apparently. You can bet I was calling for second opinions before he was out of my driveway. I had two separate guys tell me my system is FINE. Had my maintenance done by one of them and you can bet I'll be sticking with them!
