Here's a little background, My car got hit while I was parked, and though claims and all the calls i finally got a call back from the other parties insurance. I found a location to get my car fixed, but they could not get the job done for 3-4 weeks down the road. I called Carstar and Courtney & Shannon Pippins where just amazing. They maintained constant contact via e mail and or calling me to keep me updated on the progress of my car and the claim process. The car was already done and the Insurance company was blaming me for switching to another Auto Body shop. Implying that if I did not switch to another location then the other collision location would have not cashed the payment. The ladies at Carstar called Travelers insurance multiple times and the Claims adjuster was not returning their calls. It was fricking insane!!! After 2 weeks that my car was sitting in Carstar's garage, the other parties insurance finally sent a check to Carstar. Thank you Carstar for being amazing, from the beginning till the end: calling me to set up the apt. dropping off my car, having a rental car (Enterpize) ready to go, finishing the job quickly and professionally, hounding the other insurance to get the payment, and keeping me in the loop. The care was washed, cleaned and had a nice flower that I was able to give my wife as well. You have gained a new customer and I will recommend you guys any and every time.

They actually care about their customers and they have a great team over there. I was assigned to repair advisor, Jeff who was great to work with. He managed the entire repair process from ordering parts, submitting insurance authorizations and overseeing quality control. I frequently spoke with Raye who often provided repair updates, car rental coordinations, she was very friendly and helpful. The manager, Lisa was also very professional and accommodating. 5 Stars - Absolutely Immaculate Work!…read more I can't say enough good things about Fleury's Auto Body Paint & Collision. I brought in my 2013 WRX and when I got it back, it looked better than brand new. The quality of work was immaculate--flawless paint, perfect bodywork, and incredible attention to detail. These guys are true professionals. A huge shoutout to my good friend Lewie, who works there and referred me. He went above and beyond, personally making sure everything I wanted was taken care of--and then some. The craftsmanship was the best I've ever seen, and the price point was extremely fair for the high-quality work delivered. Every want, need, and expectation I had was exceeded. The customer service was also top-tier. From start to finish, I felt like a valued customer, and the team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thank you again Lewie and everyone at Fleury's! I will absolutely be referring friends and family your way, and you've got a customer for life for any future work I need. Highly recommended!
