Called this morning and spoke to Brandy to see about having an electrician to troubleshoot and get…read moreour laundry room lights back on after the big storms we had the other day. Zach got the call and arrived on time. He fairly quickly found that the old ceiling light fixture had seen better days and recommended we just replace it with a modern one. So I got to run to the hardware store and get a new one. Once back with the new light fixture, Zach installed it in short order and cleaned up the job site. Great job. Please note, however, their rates are competitive for this market. I do what I can when I can but sometimes you just need a pro. I would definitely use them again.

This company is also known as Buddy Heilig. For the following reasons, I would strongly recommend…read morethat they be avoided for all your electrical needs. Let me explain. I have a second story outside patio that needed a gutter installed but was told that I needed to move an outside light a few inches down to make room for the gutter Got a bid from one company who said job would be about 200. I decided to call Heilig who while I always considered very pricy, I figure the job would cost in the "ballpark" and I could get it scheduled quicker., Note some call their work pricey. I call it a ripoff or highway robbery. Even the installer admitted to me that the company was charging too much when I was "gobsmacked" by being handed a bill for $500. Dan admitted they had a new owner and that customers had complained to him about exorbitant pricing! Look at the pictures. The lamp was moved down a few inches and over 4 to 5 feet. It was just moving some conduit. A job that an earlier bidder said would take maybe a couple of hours but Daniel certainly worked slowly and took three. There was no charge for anything other than labor. Even the earlier bid oof 200. said only new wire would be needed and estimated 20.00 at most. I requested a 200.00 refund! Sarah Ferguson, calls herself " CEO" has not responded. You can see where the old lamp was then where it was moved. This is a disgraceful ripoff of a retired homeowner! Further action will be taken!
