I checked the light with a multimeter and just couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. Time to call professional--albeit a bit begrudgingly because I couldn't figure it out! Cesar and Sam came to the house, they were professional, friendly and exceedingly skilled at what they do. I tagged along to try to learn something, and I did. They fixed the issue in a little over an hour and I enjoyed the conversation during the repair. The light is now working, as you can see, and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Soto Electric. Thanks again guys!

We called on Sunday, Airco showed up Monday. Said they would order part. No communication/update until Wednesday when we called and asked about the part. We were told that there was a delay in getting the part. We asked for a supervisor to call, nothing. We called another company on Thursday. This company came out on Friday, they ordered the part and brought it out Saturday morning and installed it. Wow, a 2 day turn around. Airco left her high and dry for 5 days and would still be waiting if we had not called another company. And the total bill was cheaper with a service agreement thrown in since Airco were such jerks to her!!!!! Shame on you Airco!!!!

Airco sent a "project manager" (Steiger Hart) to the residence to "inspect" the area where the water heater was going to be placed. The project manager informed the resident that the area was not up to code (LIES) and recommended purchasing several things to bring it up to code (emergency shutoff valve, hammer arrestors, expansion tank, safety drain pan, new combustion- pvc piping, and a gas drip leg). When I asked for an itemized price list, I was told their system packages everything together and he couldn't provide an itemized bill. The only service that receives an itemized bill is HVAC. RED FLAG!! The home was built in 2016 and according to the plumber we actually hired, EVERYTHING IS WITHIN CODE. Airco wanted to charge $1744 for install and code upgrades. Then proceeded to try to convince the resident to purchase a hot water heater from Airco because theirs are manufactured better . We paid a local plumber (small family owned business) $250 to install the hot water heater and replace the hoses. This company lacks integrity, clearly overcharges, and tries to upsell the customer. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Before you respond lying saying you couldn't find an account using my name listed in the review, I have emails for your "project manager" and Lowe's.

The business then will reply with an estimate. Mark (the owner) responded within the hour. I then called him and we got an appointment scheduled. Him and his son, Connor showed up and they were both super friendly and went straight to work! They were able to address the issue and fix it within 30 mins or so.
