We found Chris's presentation honest and upfront - not to mention thousands less than their competitors. The final product - a combination ground array and roof mount system- has worked better than advertised and we've enjoyed substanial savings to our utility bills. We've now applied our excellent power production to home charging two EV's. I would highly recommend Chris and his team from Sage Solar. Hal S. Arcadia, OK

SLICK SALES PITCH - POOR PERFORMANCE…read more Southlake Builders re-roofed my home. I had numerous issues in the process. They demanded payment before they finished their contract and threatened to file a lien on my home if I didn't agree to pay them before they completed their work. I'm still picking up nails and roofing material in my yard that was supposed to be removed. They also broke all of my flowerbed yard lights and a ceramic bird bath. I ended up contracting another company to finish the job. I have since found out that other companies charge much less for the same work. There are several good roofing contractors out there but Southlake Builders isn't one of them.

Service during and after the sale has been DISMAL at the very best. Communication is NOT one of their strong points!! Installers left with the extra parts, which included the RS485 communication cables needed for the EG4 all-in-one charger/inverter. I've spoken to one of the owners, the Director of Operations and the Technical Manager and I'm still waiting on the cables they promised to ship. Finally just reordered everything they "reallocated". Same type of service was experienced by my neighbor. Try another company like Signature Solar. They've been very responsive.
