They reached out to the warranty people... Fast fowared till yesterday. A month later. Still nothing. The lady told the retail sales guy that I called and had my friends cussing them out... She didn't know that the salesmen was my son. Needless to say these people didn't do anything other then cause me in needed frustration. This is NOT how to conduct business.
