They came out and rerouted several ducts. The system is much better balanced now. No more cold rooms. They did an excellent job getting it balanced! Two weeks later, the furnace started cutting off after maybe 5 minutes running. Of course, it has to happen on a day it's 20° outside. They sent a tech out in about an hour and he determined there was an issue with the flue pressure sensor. He got it resolved the same day and it's been working awesome since! A fast response and resolution!! If you're in a pinch, they get things done and done right. Definitely will use them again.

I figured out why when I got an email right after the guy left with *36* photos and videos of my system. First time they ever did that. Overkill, much? That same week I had one of their guys out to give me a quote on a fairly significant plumbing project. I've never used Waggoners for plumbing, but this is a big enough job I wanted to get more than one quote on it, and it seemed like a thing to do. The gentleman came to my house, I showed him what I had in mind, we discussed options, and he said he would put together an estimate for me and get back to me. Days and days went by, and I had just about given up on hearing from them, when the guy contacted me that he had my estimate ready. He came to my house and walked me through it and it seemed reasonable. I asked him to please send me a copy of the quote by email, and he said he would do that. He left me a catalog to peruse, and said he would be back to pick it up in a couple of days. I told him I'd be happy to send it back with their A/C tech who was coming the next day, but he said no, he didn't trust that he would get it back if I did that. Readers, I never heard from him again. I never got the quote. He never picked up the catalog (which, btw, had NOTHING to do with the work I was asking for). I don't know what to think. I have a service contract for another HVAC maintenance, and I'll probably go through with that, but if things don't get better, I'll probably be moving on. It's a shame.

I called for an estimate and explained the situation. The man (perhaps the owner) was very nice. He said it was $95 an hour with a one-hour minimum, but since the job was pretty much complete, it could be less. He sent his guys over to my son's house. They started the job without a callback, for the estimate is the charge. They did not change out the box and only used longer screws. They were there for 40 minutes, mostly just chit-chatting with my son. They told him he did all the work already. I called the next day to pay over the phone, and the woman said it was $135 or $145. She said they claimed they were there for an hour and a half. That's an absolute lie. They also said they spent that time "showing the homeowner how to use the remote." Are they kidding? I paid the amount and now know never to use them again.
