My son remembered when Vu had been out and really liked him so we tracked him down and gave him a call. We had new Daiken Heat and Air unit installed by Vu and his team this week. We initially weren't considering a Daiken unit but after reviewing four different estimates and meeting Vu we were sold. He was very genuine, knowledgeable and presented information on Daiken, the energy saving benefits and the excellent warranty. Price was more than competitive and was an excellent value. The team showed up, Adelfo, Manny and Sabastain and went to work. They were skilled and professional at their job and worked to get everything installed in one day. Vu came in and worked to support his team and troubleshoot if needed. They worked through the day and evening and didn't stop until everything was complete, including clean up that was better than how they found it. They ensured condensation drain, duct work, thermostat and unit was working before leaving. Warranty information was completed, submitted by Vu in our name, and emailed to us before he left that evening. Received follow up communication from Vu next day ensuring everything was working perfect. It's rare when we spend money on a large project that I'm 100% satisfied but I can honestly say that I am. Everything from start to finish has been a positive experience. No pressure at all! I'm excited to see how this unit performs. Great product, super quiet and efficient but more important Vu and his team were great, informative and helped us make the best decision for our home and situation. Actually, they went above and beyond what they had to do. I highly recommend Vu and his team if you have to replace or service a system.

I figured out why when I got an email right after the guy left with *36* photos and videos of my system. First time they ever did that. Overkill, much? That same week I had one of their guys out to give me a quote on a fairly significant plumbing project. I've never used Waggoners for plumbing, but this is a big enough job I wanted to get more than one quote on it, and it seemed like a thing to do. The gentleman came to my house, I showed him what I had in mind, we discussed options, and he said he would put together an estimate for me and get back to me. Days and days went by, and I had just about given up on hearing from them, when the guy contacted me that he had my estimate ready. He came to my house and walked me through it and it seemed reasonable. I asked him to please send me a copy of the quote by email, and he said he would do that. He left me a catalog to peruse, and said he would be back to pick it up in a couple of days. I told him I'd be happy to send it back with their A/C tech who was coming the next day, but he said no, he didn't trust that he would get it back if I did that. Readers, I never heard from him again. I never got the quote. He never picked up the catalog (which, btw, had NOTHING to do with the work I was asking for). I don't know what to think. I have a service contract for another HVAC maintenance, and I'll probably go through with that, but if things don't get better, I'll probably be moving on. It's a shame.

Superhero heat and air came after hours on wed. to fix my ac unit. He was there less than an hour…read moreand told us that the board with the resistor was bad. They called me the next day ( thurs)and told me that locke supply and Johnston didn't have the part. My husband drove to locke supply and purchased the part. ( you know the one that locke didn't have) Superhero came back out on Fri and spent 6 hours fixing our ac. He even called his supervisor out to help. When they left they told my husband a breaker was bad. My husband ended up changing out 3 breakers because changing the 1 they said didn't fix our unit so he tried the other 2. I called out a different company who came out and in less than an hour had my ac unit up and running. I was told by the new company that Superhero wired a wire wrong and was grounding out the unit.

We had a home warranty company that sent their contracted electrician for two incorrectly installed…read moreoutlets in our kitchen. One for the dishwasher and the other for the stove. The work order gave a detailed description of the problem. We were told the warranty company denied the claim but we needed the work done and the electrician was already at our home. The bill was almost $600 for two hours labor, two outlets and two junction boxes. We've asked for an itemized bill three times but have yet to receive one. We were charged the two hours labor because the electrician did not have all of the parts for the job and we live in a rural area. The warranty company paid the service call. To make matters worse, the outlet installed for the stove clearly stated it was for camper use only and was not even an outlet for a stove. The electrician had to come correct his mistake. Fortunately, we were not charged for the second service call. The work was finally completed and is in working condition, but we have serious reservations about the integrity of this company.
