The day after the heater was turned on, we walked in the house to find water dripping through the ceiling in the kitchen and laundry room which the painters had just finished the day before. They didn't glue the joints which is a rookie mistake. Both the HVAC and plumbing looks like it was done by amateurs. We've had two gas leaks. We have had continuing problems with the plumbing and even have a hole in the wall in the dining room which hasn't been repaired due to a hose bib being improperly installed outside. They seem to have a lot of young employees with no experience and these guys have no critical thinking skills and no oversight by experienced supervisors. It's also discouraging that Chris Prudhom has shown no interest in getting these issues taken care of and doesn't return our phone calls. He promised to pay our heating bill for one month where we had a gas leak but we've yet to see the check. Supposedly it was returned to them. If it wasn't for the fact that we have to use them for warranty work, we wouldn't touch them again with a ten foot pole. We wonder how long we'll keep finding issues with their work.

They have great communication, arrive on time, come in and make an assessment and do what they say they'll do, and even a little more. The flange was broken and whomever originally put it in did not grout and support it like they should have. Mark addressed the issues with his apprentice and were in and out in about 90 minutes at a reasonable price. We will use them again and recommend them.

Stay away from Edmond Air. I spent thousands to have Edmond Air replace the coils in my system in…read more2019, and I was told at the time that I had a 10 year warranty on the coils. When my system started to run hot this month in 2026, I had them come out and I was told that the coils were indeed leaking, but they only had a FIVE year manufacturer warranty. The tech admitted that when they perform the install, it is a 10-year warranty. However, they magically had no record of installing the coils in 2019, and did not even have my information in their system. I had a couple thousand dollars of work done and they had no information on me? Odd. The tech said that if I can prove they did the work, like with a bank statement, they will honor the 10-year warranty. So I provided them with my bank statement from 2019, showing they did the work, and what I paid for it. I contacted their office and spoke with multiple people who said they would look into it but they never got back to me. I finally called again, and they stated they could not honor the 10-year warranty even though I provided the proof of original service that they asked for. They then quoted me an enormous price of $3,150 to do the job, but then back-pedaled and said they could do it for just $1,900 to "help me out". What they did not tell me, but I found myself reading the detailed print on the quote sheet, is that the $1,900 price only came with only a ONE year warranty. Not ten. Not five. ONE. I made every effort to work with them and gave them every chance to make it right, but eventually I just had another company come out and give me a second quote. The other company only wanted $2,000 to do the job with a FIVE year warranty. No hassle, no over-quoting, no misleading information. I also had the other company check the manufacturer warranty status of the coils that Edmond Air installed in 2019, and they confirmed Edmond Air NEVER EVEN REGISTERED the coils with the manufacturer in the first place for a warranty. So... Edmond Air lied about the ten year warranty, had no record of the original work they did, said they would honor warranty with proof but then did not, overquoted me in an attempt to make it seem like they were helping me with a lower price later, communicated poorly throughout the whole process, and never even registered the coils with the manufacturer for warranty in the first place. All of this hassle and poor service, and on top of all of it they were much more expensive than the other local company that I reached out to anyway. I would not do business with this company.

My son removed an old ceiling fan and almost finished installing the new one. I called for an estimate and explained the situation. The man (perhaps the owner) was very nice. He said it was $95 an hour with a one-hour minimum, but since the job was pretty much complete, it could be less. He sent his guys over to my son's house. They started the job without a callback, for the estimate is the charge. They did not change out the box and only used longer screws. They were there for 40 minutes, mostly just chit-chatting with my son. They told him he did all the work already. I called the next day to pay over the phone, and the woman said it was $135 or $145. She said they claimed they were there for an hour and a half. That's an absolute lie. They also said they spent that time "showing the homeowner how to use the remote." Are they kidding? I paid the amount and now know never to use them again.

I called CCE due to really good recs from Yukon Happenings fb group and they were awesome. They showed up by the next morning. Joey checked everything out and was completely transparent with everything going on up there and even took pictures and took the time to explain everything and answer every question. They found that the previous tech mightve also not done his due diligence regarding a few other areas which we find troubling. Nonetheless, Joey was awesome and despite seeing the questionable work the last technician has done, he was very careful with his words and made sure he didnt diss the other guy. Martin was also great answering all my questions, explaining all recommended solutions, and was very transparent with pricing. The night before installation, they brought over a portable AC unit for me to temporarily use until the new unit was installed. They gave me a great deal with discounts and threw in a free service of them maintaining the unit for the next year to make sure everything is working well. HVAC went out Friday and they came and installed the new unit by Wednesday. They came at 8 am and finished by around 1:30pm with a 4 person crew! They explained everything before they left and they cleaned up everything too. No issues with the new unit so far!! Couldnt recommend them more!

We loved our first service for help so much that we signed up for a maintenance plan to check our…read moresystem every six months and canceled out previous serviced with another company. We purchased our new air conditioner unit for outside from them and they again were great to work with! Our second call was to check a leak in the wall behind the shower. It wasn't a good experience. The tech seemed a bit full of himself. That cost $99 and the tech told us we needed to tear out the whole shower to stop the leak. A second opinion proved it to be a simple leak down a water pipe and I fixed that on my own. Next service we were told that a cleaning of our duct system was needed. I ask if they would put a new anti-bacterial bulb in the unit after the cleaning and they told me no problem. So I ordered one. Today we had to Haden & Andrew come to clean the duct system and they were great. When they arrived I reminded them of the bulb they had agreed to plug in. After the cleaning, they were to mist the ducts with a machine to kill anything bad left in the ducts. Unfortunately the machine used to spray this mist would not power on so they called the office to find out what to do. Afterwards I was told they would need to come back when they got the machine working and they also were told to charge me $65 to change the light bulb. After buying a new unit, a cancelation and rescheduled appointment due to broken equipment, incorrect evaluation of a leak, crooked hole in my wall I told them no to the $65 charge and took my 75 year old bottom to the attic an replaced the bulb in less than five minutes. I felt insulted. And now we wait again for the sprayer to be fixed and them to return to finish this service. The best part of the visit today was Haden and Andrew, they were great guys, answered questions and worked with me to move my dogs and cat out of the way, they did good work and I appreciated them. At present, we are still waiting to get them back to spray the ducts, it is important to us as we have our daughters and children here and we have all experienced upper respiratory and sinus problems as well Asthma recently. I feel if anything a discount should have been offered due to all the trouble it has been getting this partially done.
