Prudhom did the install of our hvac on our new home. Our air conditioner that was just over a year…read moreold quit working in July. With the temps well over 100 the next few days, I immediately reached out to them to try and get the issue fixed. They informed me it would be more than 50 hours before they could come out and fix the issue. They also told me that my system that is just over one year old was not going to be covered under warranty work and we would be charged. I ended up calling another company that had a tech at our home to fix the issue within a few hours. The tech that came out also showed us that a faulty install caused the issue. So Prudhom installed it poorly, wanted us to wait two more days in a 100 degree home, and wanted us to pay for the service to fix their poor work. Find literally anyone else.

Prudhom Mechanical did the plumbing and HVAC on a house that we recently built. It would take a…read morebook to write all the mistakes they made. The day after the heater was turned on, we walked in the house to find water dripping through the ceiling in the kitchen and laundry room which the painters had just finished the day before. They didn't glue the joints which is a rookie mistake. Both the HVAC and plumbing looks like it was done by amateurs. We've had two gas leaks. We have had continuing problems with the plumbing and even have a hole in the wall in the dining room which hasn't been repaired due to a hose bib being improperly installed outside. They seem to have a lot of young employees with no experience and these guys have no critical thinking skills and no oversight by experienced supervisors. It's also discouraging that Chris Prudhom has shown no interest in getting these issues taken care of and doesn't return our phone calls. He promised to pay our heating bill for one month where we had a gas leak but we've yet to see the check. Supposedly it was returned to them. If it wasn't for the fact that we have to use them for warranty work, we wouldn't touch them again with a ten foot pole. We wonder how long we'll keep finding issues with their work.

They called me the next day ( thurs)and told me that locke supply and Johnston didn't have the part. My husband drove to locke supply and purchased the part. ( you know the one that locke didn't have) Superhero came back out on Fri and spent 6 hours fixing our ac. He even called his supervisor out to help. When they left they told my husband a breaker was bad. My husband ended up changing out 3 breakers because changing the 1 they said didn't fix our unit so he tried the other 2. I called out a different company who came out and in less than an hour had my ac unit up and running. I was told by the new company that Superhero wired a wire wrong and was grounding out the unit.
