We just had a major upgrade of our home's HVAC system installed by Integrity. It was done in two stages--upstairs about a year ago, downstairs last week. It has been a great experience! It began with the bidding process. We were offered several systems at several different price points. Manager Gary Doolittle thoroughly explained the differences, and answered all of our questions. We elected to install new heat and air upstairs first, and hoped to get a few more seasons out of our (VERY) old systems for our large old house. When the old air conditioner died beyond all possibility of resurrection, we called Integrity. Gary kindly offered to do the job at the price he had bid a year and a half previously. A major installation like this is of necessity disruptive. For both the upstairs and downstairs installations, the crew of Integrity technicians worked efficiently, as quietly as possible, and with the greatest respect for our privacy. They had all of the parts, tools, and equipment organized to do the job as quickly as possible. When they finished, they made sure we completely understood the operation of our new systems. You won't find a better local HVAC company than Integrity. When you call them, the phone is answered by an actual human, not always the case with service companies. Great service! Professional technician Tim Valentine serviced our HVAC unit this spring to get us ready for the heat and AC use. He was very thorough and took time to go through details and explain what he did. I absolutely recommend using them. Tim Valentine was very knowledgeable and professional. Integrity has maintained my HVAC units for many years. This past winter our unit went out at the coldest days of the winter and Integrity was quick to order a new unit and install it as soon as it arrived. I have used Integrity heat and air a few times and they are reliable, have great communication and reasonable in pricing. This week in the bitter cold, they literally rescued us. Our heater wasn't working, I called and within minutes a man called back, told my husband what the issue might be due to the very low temps and exactly what to do to get our heating systems back and running. I would no longer recommend this company. We learned, painfully, the install of our unit in our attic had many gaps allowing dirty air from our attic to be able to infiltrate our unit. Other issues that they seemed to have little concern over. read more
