He was courteous, on-time, honest, respectful to me (and my home). By far, the best roofing contractor I've worked with so far. Star Roofing did work on our roof in the fall of 2024 as we were seeking to stop leaks. The work…read morecame with a warranty that is still in effect, and the work was $5,000. Shortly after the work was done, we experienced another leak. We let the team know and they came out promptly to do additional caulking. After that, we continued to have leaking, and at that point the team refused to return many calls and voicemails, even despite the warranty being in effect. Today we had a new roof company come assess the situation. They said the caulking work was done cheaply, and the reattaching of the boards left the boards loose. We are getting this fixed but if it doesn't stop the leaking, we have to get all the work done over again. This was a really disappointing outcome since Star Roofing was recommended by a neighbor. So beware shoddy work and no answers when you call in your warranty. There was no indication that this would be the case before, during, and even shortly after the service.

Wonderful. Fantastic. Great. Will use them forever…read more I initially called WM Roofing for driveway sealant. Was really happy with what Henry had to say as well as his price (literally 1/3 of what at least one other estimate was), and even better, he said "Yeah, we also do gutter work and siding power washing". So we had them do it all!! Communication was great. And continues to be great. They did the work and I asked them to return a couple of months later for some minor "touch-up" sorts of stuff. They did so with no hesitation. Really happy with everything and we will definitely have them come back every 2-3 years for more power washing and driveway sealing.

We chose an amazing color, and the crew was very fast and efficient. The roof looks great. Only thing to watch - we also replaced the wood paneling and skylight. One of the workers was blowing debris off the rooftop and blew a lot of it right into the hole where the skylight was missing and all over my kitchen. Cleanup was solid and fast the next day, and the follow up inspection was great. There were a couple of areas where there was a gap after the installation of the drip edge. Devin came out and took a look, but never returned to solve the issue - so I had to use foam seal to make sure no bugs/bees got into the attic. They worked with my insurance company and the cost for the entire job was well within budget and was very affordable.

Where do I even begin? If 'disaster' was a roofing company, it would be this one. I hired them to…read morereplace my shingles, and it's been a nightmare from start to finish. First, they showed up two days late, no call, no explanation. Then, the crew was incredibly unprofessional - loud music, smoking on the job, and I swear I saw one of them take a nap in my backyard. The quality of the work is appalling. Shingles are uneven, some are missing, and I've already found nails scattered all over my lawn. I've got a leak in my attic now, which I didn't have before. When I called to complain, they were incredibly rude and dismissive, blaming 'weather' (it was a sunny day). Avoid this company like the plague unless you want a leaky roof and a headache.
