This man is a SCAMMER. He was paid $2,000 dollars by my uncle for his transmission. He then claimed…read morehe worked on the vehicle. He said that he removed the transmission and returned it to the vehicle four times, and it still would was not fixed. He then asked for another $800 to do the job that he was initially paid for. Other things that should be noted about this dump. It's one of the dirtiest places you'll visit in your life. I get auto shop, but that doesn't give you a pass to be filthy. He ruined the new carpet in the vehicle with his grease ridden boots. He broke the hinge on the hood of the car, and lied about fixing it. This is not the place to bring your vehicle unless you want to waste money and be frustrated. There is no pride being taken in the conditions of the shop, nor the craft that he's suppose to be a specialist in.

He had my truck off and on for over a year and a half and he would have my truck for months at a time. Every time I got my truck back from him, the transmission was never right. Transmission would be slipping a lot, spitting trans fluid out every where and my trans temp would sky rocket over 200 degrees. He told me that my batteries were bad on my truck and it was causing it to mess up, I got brand new batteries and still the same problem, then he told me that my brakes were dragging and that was the problem, then I had new brake rotors and brake drums and pads all the way around and still didn't fix the issue, then he told me wheel bearings were bad, so I had new ball joints installed and still wasn't the problem, then he told me that my ECM was bad, so I bought another one and then had my truck reprogrammed, and I also had a voltage regulator installed as well and that wasn't the problem. Then he told me I had an electrical problem, and he took it to some shop he knew, and they broke my ignition and took my brand new voltage regulator off and threw it away and then he proceeded to tell me that they didn't break my ignition and he doesn't know where my voltage regulator is. I have grease stains on my seats now and the inside bed rail is messed up like they were using my truck as a shop truck like they were using ratchet straps to tie stuff down. He didn't even ground the torque converter the right way, all he did was wrap the ground wire around a bolt by the front passenger tire. I dropped my truck off with 280,329 and now the truck has 294,xxx miles, I myself have only put about 4,000 miles on the transmission during the times it's been back and forth in the trans shop, Idk what they were doing with my truck while they had it, and it still slips and has issues. He would never return my calls or messages, I would have to drive down to his shop for any kind of communication or get my brother to call him. I had to tow my truck to his shop about 7 times. I don't like driving my truck because it pisses me off. I believe I didn't get a heavy duty rebuild. My truck will fall on its butt when I pull anything. It's a diesel and should pull a house down, but not my truck, you try to pull anything and you're not moving hardly. I paid 4,200$ for the build. Multiple tows to his shop because of the transmission. Then spending money on all the other stuff he said that was wrong with my truck which wasn't any of the problems. I'm well over 6,000 dollars for a transmission that doesn't even work properly. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone, even my worst enemy. Now I have to find another transmission shop to take my truck to so I can use my truck like the manufacturer designed it to. The last time I went to get my truck from him, he told me not to come pick it up, that he would drive it to me. Well he didn't deliver the truck to me personally, he hired a tow company to deliver it to me, and when it was dropped off, it was still messed up and the tow truck driver even told me that there is something wrong with my truck and I should never take it back. I will never see a dime from him. I hope he gets what he deserves. KARMA will have butt sex with him with a heavily spiked cactus and I hope I get a front row seat to see him go down. Sincerely, a PISSED off customer

Hubs got on the phone and spoke to Ken. He said they were very busy and they would be closing early and would not be open on Saturday because it is new year's weekend. He also said for her to bring the car up immediately, ask for him and he would see what he could do. She did and he looked at it and found a rock jammed up in the break area. It was rubbing up against the break pads. Problem solved! Price was right! Our daughter who was distraught was now crying tears of joy. She thinks the worse right away. So thank you Ken and Christian brothers for a job well done!!
