What a relief that they were able to fit me in, makes me feel like they really do care about our health! Once I saw the doctor I started to get real nervous because unfortunately I never had great experiences in the past. Dr. Vuong, also known as Dr. Patrick because I could not pronounce his name to save my life, was a SWEET HEART. He was so humorous and knowledgable, I truly felt like I could trust him. I love meeting doctors that don't intimidate you but instead get on your average brain level and talk to you in non-huge-scary-doctor-words. He consulted my pain issue and magically fixed it after he gave me my six month cleaning. What a coincidence that my teeth would give me issues just around when I was due for my cleaning! Overall I had such a pleasant experience and Dr. Patrick was just right on the money, literally, perfect. Dentist visits aren't cheap, but the front desk really works with you to make sure that you are comfortable with how much you spend and just prioritizing what needs to be done. I honestly love that about this office because other offices make you spend on a million of unnecessary things. I will definitely return and visit Dr. Patrick and the girls!

This dental service is absolute trash. We paid a small fortune for my daughters braces. She wore…read morethem for almost 3 years. They took them off and then notified that she would need a root canal. It took them two weeks for them to give her her final retainer. By that time, the bottom teeth had completely shifted but they insisted that the retainer would push them back into place. They did not. Now, 5 years later, we are going to have to have braces AGAIN or get Invisalign. Pay attention to the low rated reviews. There is a reason for them. They are cheap and you definitely get what you pay for.

Arrived early to my appointment and while completing new patient forms the nice receptionist informed me that they don't take my insurance. She offered me a $59 special for an exam, X-rays and cleaning. I declined because I knew from the pain that it was going to be costly if I paid out of pocket and I wasn't that desperate to fork over hundreds when I have insurance to at least foot a portion of the bill. I was in pain but was still thinking logically, it was torture. I booked this practice because they were listed as accepting new patients on my dental insurances website so I didn't expect to receive that news. I left in pain as the toothache had worsened over the previous days and called my dental insurance company from the parking lot. I was informed the practice at Crosby Family Dental indeed accepts my insurance however the provider (dentist), may no longer accept that insurance or had perhaps left that practice so they are still listed as accepting because they failed to report an update to the insurance company. It may have been human error but I can't excuse the fact that I received a notification an HOUR before my appointment encouraging me to fill out new patient forms electronically in preparation for my appointment. I did find it odd that it was sent so late because had it been sent in advance they would've noted that my insurance was not accepted and could've/should've perhaps contacted me to give me the bad news before I wasted my time. Hopefully their communication improves.

i was a patient getting a couple of extractions. when i went to the patient bathroom it was…read moreoccupied so they let me use their bathroom for the employees. when i went in, an assistant came out and i walked into a smoke-filled restroom. i don't think vape smoke lingers like that so im led to believe this was weed pen smoke. it even smelled weird. anyway im glad it wasn't my assistant but be cautious. after observing them longer i realize the assistants and manager are high on the job ! I had 4 loose teeth bottom lower front and they made a new permanent bridge for me and installed it today. I am really impressed with Brina my dental tech and the work she did. She took really good care of me...and she knows what she is doing. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of tooth issues. thanks!
