I needed service for my pool in all way, from cleaning to heater, I was visited 3 different times in one week to take care of the issues, I felt like I was priority, and when my heater was diagnosed as unserviceable and messed up, the technician recommended a new one and I was not pushed to get it with them he allowed me to think about it evaluate my options and decide, that is what actually made me go back to them and get a brand new one from them, their price was ver competitive as I checked other places, plus I had it installed the next day, which other companies could not do, Ismael my technician was very knowledgeable and had no trouble installing it, was very easy to talk to and very respectful I would for sure recommend this company for service and maintenance, they come every week and they are very professional a+++ company! We switched to R Pools a couple of Summers ago. They had always done a great job keeping our pool looking great. But this last fall (2019) my family and I left on a trip. When we came back, our Polaris vacuum was gone. R Pools had taken it while we were away and told us it was broken. We asked them to bring it back. When they returned the vacuum, it was a much older version of our Polaris vacuum, However, R Pools stated it was ours. They also took the bag and have never returned it. They said they never had it. I have tried talking to the company and seeing what I should do. But they have not tried to make things right. It is a shame that a company would choose to do business this way. I was looking for the phone number for R Pools when I came across the Yelp on Google with some negative reviews. I thought I would tell my story. I have been using R Pools for almost 5 years or more. The guys always come on Thursday even my pool is always kept looking great. Especially after our typical big storms blow through and the oak tree in my yard drops 400lbs of acorns and branches in it. Any time I have called and mentioned repairs or extra work, the job is taken care of that week. I was referred to r pools by a friend and was thoroughly pleased in their work. I used them to replaster my pool and also add some medallions on the siding. The whole process went smoothly. First, I called the office and was scheduled for an estimate within 2 days. The tech came out at the time he said he would and provided me with a free, fair estimate. I then approved the estimate the following day and was put on the schedule for the work to be done within the next 3 days. The work was done in a timely and orderly fashion. I'm a newly satisfied R Pools customer. I originally signed up to be on their summer special and once the promotion ended, I decided to stay with them and pay the regular price. When I originally called to start service, I was scheduled within the same week and they have come every week on that day. There was one week they were unable to service on my day due to heavy rain but they did come the very next day! I've had the same pool cleaner and he usually shows up around the same time every week. I also like the fact that a door tag is left to let me know what all was done to my pool. I won't be switching companies any time soon! read more

I used R Pools to service my pump that would not turn on. I received a flyer in the mail advertising their "summer specials" and decided to give them a call. I do clean my pool regularly myself, but figured it would be best to get a professional to look at my pump. I was scheduled within 48 hours of my call and the service tech did call to confirm my appointment the morning of as promised. They quoted me a fair, honest price to fix my pump and I approved the work. I'm very satisfied and will be calling them in the future with any other repairs needed. read more

My son works there and has never ever been treated as poorly as the the guy that owns this place. He has called my son a LIAR at least once a week since he started there. My son is one of the sweetest people I know and he is definitely not a liar. Trust me, the way to build moral is definitely NOT to consistently call your employees liars. We normally take care of our own pool. Last month, we could not. We went out of town for a family emergency, and before we left, our pump went out. The pool was turning green very quickly. This did not help our situation. Fortunately, they made it out that very next day while we were on the road. Once they arrived at the house, they called us with the price to repair it and cleaned up the pool. When we got back it was very pleasant to see that the pool looked better then when we clean the pool our selves. We are very satisfied. read more

I had a bad experience with a previous pool company so I maintained my pool myself for about a year. I decided I'd give a different company a shot since I've been more busy at work. R Pools has been servicing my pool for some time now and I'm greatly satisfied with the service they provide! They send out the same pool cleaner every week and if, for whatever reason, that pool cleaner is not available they do send someone temporarily to clean the pool. In the even of bad weather, they always come out as soon as possible. The office staff is always nice and helpful with whatever questions I might have.
