When he showed up for the estimate, he gave us some options, took some measurements and we had a written estimate before he left. From approving the estimate to the materials showing up was only two weeks! The crew (Andy and Jack) showed up every day ready to work and did so tirelessly until the end of each day. They asked great questions to make sure nothing got damaged or misplaced, and the finished product was better that we had hoped! All scrap was removed and our yard was left in great condition. The job took six days for removal of old material and installation of new siding, soffit, fascia and gutters. Most importantly, the wife is happy!

Loop built a two-story addition onto an existing one-story addition on our 1907 home. In this…read moreadditional space, they created an AV room on the first level and an art studio on the top level. They also gutted and remodeled the guest bath, master bedroom and master bath. On the exterior, the old and new spaces are seamless. The roof lines are perfect and all of the new trim matches the existing trim. Casey, Paul and the whole crew were great to work with and very honest/trustworthy. Their subcontractors were also good, especially Greg, the meticulous tile contractor, and Karol, the paint contractor who stained all of the doors/beams in addition to painting. Loop did an amazing job. Everything was out of plumb or level in this old house, which made many parts of the reno tricky. We now have a beautiful Guest Bath with a spa shower and floor-to ceiling tiles. The Master Suite is incredible. The bathroom has a steam shower with 9 showerheads/sprays, digital interface, soaking tub, exposed brick, floor-to-ceiling tiles. The complicated plumbing done in both bathrooms was well done. In the AV Room, sound proofing was installed in the floor/walls/ceiling and the tricky electrical work was done well, to specifications. In addition, Loop helped us solve two big problems unrelated to the addition. First, the original one-story addition was built on piers with a crawl space that preventing us from ever properly heating that room. Casey engineered a solution, sealing the foundation so the cold air would not seep in. We had our first warm winter! Also, the front bay window had a flat, ugly, metal roof. Ruben figured out all of the angles to create a cap over the bay window. It looks beautiful - like it always was this way. We highly recommend Loop and would use them again.

My efforts to have Roofmasters and Masonry complete the work we paid for has been a nightmare…read more I see now why they have gone from 4-5 stars to 3.5. Since we moved into our house, there has been a leak in the roof in our unfinished attic area. Additionally the attic vent fan stopped working. We received a reasonable quote to have the fan replaced and the leak repaired. That was in November 2022 and the work was done in march 2023 for weather safety reasons. They came and did the work in a timely manner. Since that time, the leak has continued. They have returned several times without being able to find and actually fix the leak. Now it is winter 2023 and once again, the leak has returned. Roofmasters returned several times. This time they have narrowed the leak to a lack of pipe flashing. The problem with this? In November 2022, I sent a picture of ice and water to roofmasters calling out the pipe as a possible root cause of the leak. Either it was ignored or they attempted to fix and failed, or they repaired the wrong area. Regardless, I'm easy to work with. Things get missed. But I expect a business to make it right when mistakes are made. I would have been thrilled that they may have actually found the original leak, but now Roofmasters is treating this as if it is a new problem unrelated to the previous work order to fix our leak. Apparently they consider it a new job. ITS THE SAME LEAK! And they have GHOSTED me completely when I asked them to make good on the work we paid for. It's the same leak. Same amount of water, same location. Since November 2022. In fact, we left the buckets in the same place all year by a happy accident which meant it collected most of the water to avoid damaging our ceiling. Moral of the story, expect Roofmasters to need to come back several times to fix leaks and when they finally find the root cause, don't expect them to make good on their promises and stand by the quality of their work. They will probably treat it as an entirely new job/problem. What a scam! I had originally recommended them to many other people. I've been sure to reach out and withdraw my recommendation.

I'm writing a review with 1 star in hopes that this will get Riteway Brick to call me back to…read morefinish the job. We contacted Riteway Brick in July 2017 to get a quote. Our chimney needed tuck pointing in addition to various places around our home. They provided a very nice quote and seemed eager for the job. We had to wait about a month for them to come out and do our work. The work they did was not the best - our house was built in 1960 and the brick cannot be matched. I understand that, but he told us that we'd need to buy our own paint/stain for the new bricks they installed if we really wanted the bricks to match. They tuck pointed our chimney and did an okay job. Unfortunately, they forgot to install a cap for one of the chimney vents. During a very heavy rain, we had water seeping into our brick fireplace for the first time in the 10 years we've lived here. Our original quote contained a page full of photos of the areas to be tuck pointed, including a section on the front of our house. As of today, that section has NOT been tuck pointed. I spoke to the owner of Riteway and he assured us his team would be out to complete that section. That was back in September. I've repeatedly called their company to schedule someone to come out and finish the work. I've spoken to the office manager who assured me they would be out by the end of the week. That was back in October. This infuriates me because Rich came by to collect the check for the work and asked for it to be paid in full. I paid, thinking they would finish the small section that is still in need of repair. Boy, was I wrong. Don't pay them in full until the job is COMPLETE. I would give them more stars if they would simply come back to my home and finish the job they started. Horrible customer service, no follow-up, no concern for the water that damaged my indoor fireplace. A few years ago, they tuck pointed our neighbor's house. My husband caught them wiping concrete on our elm tree. That should have been a sign not to use this company, but I really thought their quality of work would outweigh them being sloppy with customer service. DO NOT use this company. I will update my review only if they call me back and FINISH THE JOB that I paid for in FULL.
