I had a great experience with this company. From first contact all the way to the end, they were…read moreprofessionals and got the job done beautifully and for less than what another company had quoted. My house is on a greenbelt and we had a ton of wind storms over the last year. I know my gutters needed to be cleaned, however I didn't realize how bad they were clogged. From what Jason mentioned, it was pretty gross. Jason came by and did everything by himself (I expected a big team as it's a lot of work!) and he explained the work that would be done beforehand. He even saw some issues with the siding of my house and showed me the photo so I could get it fixed. He is an all around good dude. I think the biggest revelation with just how bad our gutters were clogged and windows dirty came just a few hours after Jason left. It was raining, and I had heard water loudly dripping down some pipes and I thought I had a leak somewhere. I had a slight panic. Then I realized, oh yeah! I remember that sound. That's the sound of a clean gutter when it is functioning properly! Now I know if I don't hear that sound when it rains, I need to make a call. Also, right before then, a poor little bird came swooping down from a tree and collided with our large and VERY clean kitchen window. That's how clean it was. Poor little guy didn't even see it. He chilled on the patio for a bit and shook it off. He and the window were fine. Anyway.. great people. Great job! Will be using them at least once a year to keep my gutters clear as there is no way I am getting on my roof. I appreciate these Ninjas.

So we thought we would try them again, u know good work at a good price. We called for a quote as everything is in Washington I expected unreasonable prices and inflation, but 500% more, thank you drive through. We should had know when the lady who sent the quote wanted to explain it. When she did she included nonsense like trees over the roof, we don't have any trees taller than the housese house or above the roof . Then she went to the aspect of the house, it gets full sun all day, again no trees. I would throw in if that was an issue, it's not, only half or a quarter of the house would face that direction. I live in a nicer area but not extravagant. It's obvious that they drove into a nicer area and said, Ummm, X + 500%. This is criminal, get multiple quotes or skip these guys all together. If you like over paying give them a call.

He sent out both Lucas and Zack. These guys are great as well! They made our windows look like we had just brought the house, brand new! I was in awe! The previous company we'd used multiple times always had a way of making us feel like we were a burden and they'd rather be doing something else. The job itself, which is truly what most readers here will care about, was perfect. The windows were spotless and I haven't yet noticed even a tiny swipe or corner that he'd missed. But here are the little things that really impressed: Our house has 5 bedrooms, a bonus room, an office... LOTS of windows that face all different directions. That also means lots of blinds, most that open top down or bottom up. Because of the different views our house has (street, back yard, side property...) we have our blinds set different ways. Past window cleaners simply opened them all up to clean and left them as is - maybe to show off how bright and clean the windows were or simply because they didn't have the attention to detail to return them to how they were. Pete was meticulous in putting each one back as it was. Again, it was is if he wasn't even there apart from our newly sparkling windows! Also, we had a piece of construction tape high up on above a second floor window that builders hadn't removed. I'd noticed it shortly after we'd moved it and had a mental note to remove it at some point. I noticed after Pete left that he'd thoughtfully removed it for us. Thanks Pete! All in all a great job. Will 110% use them again and have recommended them to my neighbors!

They were quick to bring issues to us and ask for our input when needed and did a fantastic job! Our house looks beautiful and they were even able to tackle some issues we did not anticipate around our exterior siding. He texted me one evening stating he had dealt with difficult customers before and always wins! I am still not sure why he texted instead of calling but it was after hours. He believed I agreed to some work that I did not agree to have them add to the contract and began ridiculing me, threatening me and definitely trying to bully me in texts. After reading the contract carefully I wished I had read it thoroughly enough to realize how one sided it was in favor of the company. Please beware of any contract before you sign it. I learned the hard way. They finished the job and now he has threatened to not honor the warranty as it is on the contract I signed. Not sure if he can even do that but would not want his company at my home due only to his attitude. I am 76 and have not dealt with anyone with customer service as bad as his was in my life. They also do not give any kind of discount for military or seniors or any at all. I guess that should have been a red flag too but the man who came to my home was so nice I guess I did not think about all of that before I signed the contract. That is why I am writing this review to let others know before they sign a contract, especially Runland's contract. Please beware more diligent before signing theirs or any contract. I have learned a valuable lesson.

Overall so so pleased with the service, I have used this company previously at my previous house which was much smaller and they did a wonderful job there as well. So nice to have a company that holds their employees to high expectations which lead to awesome results! Especially love the part that my house does not reek of strong chemicals which would lead us to needing to air out the house; thankfully this isn't the case.
