I appreciated the quick response, having the replacement unit on hand, and how quickly you replaced the old unit. 100% professional. I use Yelp often when I need a service done, and the most important thing I look for is that whoever I hire is licensed to do the job, which you are, and you have A LOT of reviews already. If any of my neighbors or friends should ever need help with a garage issue, I feel fully confident in recommending Two Brothers for the job.

After some arguments, they offered 50% of the additional $250, so I ended up paying $125 more. I am tired of arguing and paid the amount. As a business owner, they should stick with the agreement, raising the price after the work is done is "robbery" no matter what. What else can a customer do in this situation? Asking them to undo the work and fine someone else? They leave me no choice. About the job, my house is a 2018 new construction house, they claimed the garage system is too old (which I doubt) and need to be replaced. I don't know anything about garage, I think it is just a broken spring, I might be wrong, but I choose to trust them. I attached my invoice as an evidence. Everything is based on facts. They do have a good attitude admitting their fault regarding the price change, but they still charged me more.

I had a swell time ripping off the old doors and bolting in some new ones. The installation technique I requested was unique and David gave me some extra parts free of charge! A couple days later I noticed that the main bottom seal on one of the doors was pinched and letting lots of air flow through. I talked to Tom, who I believe is the owner, and he sent David back over that day. David looked at it, went back to the shop, then came back a 1/2 hour later with a brand new seal. Project #2 I had some old field fencing that needed removed and the new fence updated to match the fence on the rest of the property. David was very helpful with achieving the end result I indicated. The initial estimate included one new gate and reusing one existing gate. After seeing the new gate, I decided to have them build the other gate as well. The crew came out in the middle of the winter, the fellows were working in cold and wet weather. They were very upbeat, positive attitudes throughout, friendly and professional. Seattle Garage Doors is more than just a name with these folks - it is the way they do business, the quality of the job, the crew that they have I'm very happy! Thanks fellas.

Come to my garage and now he's removing the Styrofoam backing and I'm OK with it.I figured it's fine I can always add screws no big deal. Long story short he broke the backings and when he was he done he just threw the wood and broken pieces where my storage goes, made a huge mess and didn't clean up after himself. Left Styrofoam and screws all over my garage floor! Not only did I pay $740 but I got to clean up after him,I got a flat tire cause I drove on a screw he left on the floor, and get to pay to get it fixed but now I have to pay someone to replace the Styrofoam backing to my storage section and replace the wood panels!
