We had scheduled an appointment for Onyx garage door to come over to see why our garage door wasn't closing properly. It was easy to secure a time and the technician thought it was due to the sensors. After he left we had the same issue and Donny said that he would be over in 15 minutes to check it out. Talk about great customer service! He came and fixed the issue straightaway! read more

Don't you hate that things happen when you are in a hurry? Well, I get home to get ready to go to dinner in 2 hours and my garage won't open. I prayed that it wouldn't be what I knew it was and, instead of guessing the correct lottery numbers, I guessed correctly what was wrong with garage...the springs busted. I reached out to a couple of local garage repair shops and the only one that answered was Onyx Garage Doors. I asked if they could come in the next 2 hours and sure enough, they did. The knowledgeable tech Ben, arrived, assessed the issue and went to work. He was done before I was ready to leave to dinner. He made sure the garage opened, my remotes worked and fined tuned the door so it closes perfectly. Was very satisfied with the job and the fair price. I will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs they're garage door repaired. Excellent Work!! read more

Called for a FREE in person quote and Moses answer the phone right away (impressive no answer machines! ) He was very accommodating and came the following day during the time we schedule. I was very impress with his work etiquette and the fact that he was eager to help us FIX the problem and not just suggesting us to replace the damaged panel or the entire door like other competitors did. Very good price and you can pay them directly using Zelle, no hassle with making a check or credit card (super easy) I will absolutely recomend Onxy Garage door repair 100% and will definitely use them to replace my garage door when I decide to upgrade in the future. Really happy with the installation. Technician replaced springs in less then an hour. My garage is back in service thanks to Leroy.

In the spirit of keeping me a satisfied customer, Dani (a reliable and empathetic employee) reached out to see what compromise could be made. He dealt with his management to get me a partial refund and an updated warranty for the future. I never had a problem with the promptness or service provided as they're good at what they do. That being said, of course I would have liked a full refund for the extra costs incurred after my initial expenditure( therefore four stars instead of fine), but I will accept this compromise and continue to utilize their services in the future if needed. read more
