We had to rip out some of our soffit to get them out, and in doing so left a big hole that squirrels and possum started getting into. So we wanted to fix that, as well as go around the entire house and caulk up any other little holes to prevent wasps from doing it again in the future, along with keeping other bugs out. I reached out to 10+ companies/contractors and quite a few wouldn't do it because it was too small of a project. Then only 2 of 5 of them came out the day they said they would. Of those two, only EMC understood exactly what I was asking for and even found a piece of rotting wood under a window that needed to be replaced (the other company said our siding looked great and didn't need any other repairs ). And when the quotes came in EMC was significantly less expensive despite doing more work, since the other company was only repairing the soffit while EMC repaired that, caulked areas all along the house that needed caulking, and replaced that piece of wood. After I paid the bill, they got me in their schedule quickly and kept me updated on any changes as the weather caused some delays. Once here, they got everything fixed in less than a day, painted and cleaned up, and gave reccs on what else needs updating soon. Overall they were extremely knowledgeable, did great work, easy to communicate with, and reasonably priced. Will definitely come back to them if we need help on our next project.

Ironically, I was actually planning to leave this company a five-star review. My interactions with them were pleasant, and they came across as friendly and professional. That changed when I was forwarded their report. Along with it, I inadvertently received internal communication that I was clearly not intended to see. In that communication, the company president wrote, "You know homeowners, when it is their responsibility, the story takes on a life of its own." I was genuinely shocked to read that, especially coming from the president of the company. As a homeowner simply trying to determine why water was entering my home, it completely changed my perception of how my concerns were being viewed. Because I was already undergoing interior water mitigation, I hired my own contractor at my own expense to perform controlled water testing. The testing identified the source of the water intrusion and ruled out the window itself as the cause. The findings did not align with the assumptions reflected in the president's internal communication. Homeowners place a great deal of trust in companies based on their reputation and reviews. My experience reminded me that what customers see publicly may not always reflect the conversations taking place privately. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Professionalism is measured not only by how a company speaks to its customers, but also by how it speaks about them when it believes they are not listening.

Beware hes a snake. We replaced the entire Roof on our home. I had asked Jeffrey multiple times about the soffit and fascia as it appeared to be moving and coming down in areas prior to them starting the roof replacement. You would think If you're replacing an entire roof, with custom gutters and downspouts you would want to make sure you're replacing the soffit and fascia prior. I asked Jeffery to review the issues and submit the claim to insurance as I was still concerned. I was told by Jeffery it was denied by insurance (insurance confirmed it was never even submitted). I even discussed us paying out-of-pocket for it and He stated it was in good condition and did not need to be replaced - I pressed on this multiple times. Jeffery assured me with the work they would staple it in place and it would be fine. Long story short after their work was completed. The soffit started falling down. I had reached out to Jeffery and he told me they dont work soffit and fascia and he could recommend me a company. When I reminded him of all our discussions around soffit and fascia he was unprofessional and aggressive. This company sells themselves on being experts and doing what's right they claim to take care of their customers. NONE of it is true! I reached out to the company directly and they have been playing games. Also, if you have kids, I would suggest walking the perimeter for collated Nails and loose nails and debris- the video they made saying they don't leave Nails in your yard is false.

The roofing job consisted of my house, detached garage, pump house, and well house. The project included replacement of a metal facia on each roof. The worker attention to detail was exceptional, especially when viewing the roofs from ground level. The workers used all sorts of tools to cut and bent the roofing material to close the open ends of the standing seams for a smooth finished look.
