We decided to go out for dinner. He later messaged us, offering a discount as compensation, and we rescheduled for the next morning. The following day, we waited until about 10:40 AM with no word from him. At that point, we canceled the job to avoid wasting more time on such unprofessional behavior. Rich is not only unreliable and uncommitted to his customers but also seems to have no interest in taking responsibility for his mistakes. Despite everything that happened, he never once apologized. Additionally, he made misleading offers such as "I'll only charge you for materials, the rest will be completely free because I value you as a customer," only to backtrack on those promises, making it clear that his intent was to push us into canceling the job ourselves. These are cheap tactics from someone who lacks professionalism. We have since chosen to work with a much more reliable, punctual, and well-reviewed company.
