Tyler and Tricia with the sales team were instrumental in the success of the project from the start. The architectural and design teams especially Kristen at FloorKing brought our vision to life and helped our vision where it needed some help. I cannot speak highly enough about Rodney Roybal, our building supervisor who brought all of the pieces together to create our dream home. He is timely with his communication and even helped us get moved in early in order to meet our schedule for moving from out of state. I had read some horror stories about building supervisors however Rodney is a consummate professional who cares about providing families with quality workmanship and service.

You deliberately misled and withheld information to maximize your profit. You explicitly stated…read morethat this was a fee you paid. There was never any discussion of contingency. You used an inflated estimate and knowingly exploited it to extract every possible penny. You were fully aware that this estimate was inflated and did not accurately represent the actual cost of roof replacement. You also knew that due to my specific policy, you were not working with the insurance company; this was essentially a cash job. You were also aware that I would be out of pocket above the insurance payment. You chose to take a calculated risk that I would not be prudent enough to obtain multiple estimates. All three additional estimates were $17,000 lower than yours. Had you adopted a different business model, we wouldn't be facing this issue, and you would have earned my business. That was entirely your decision. It was also my decision not to work with a contractor who would knowingly and intentionally attempt to maximize his earnings, if possible, at the expense of the homeowner. I would have been at a significant disadvantage had I proceeded with you. You would have been the sole beneficiary of that working relationship. Additionally, I have documentation that clearly states that you explicitly stated this was your fee. Regarding your "business decision" to cut your losses, you and I both know that's not what transpired. You are not out any money. You were not supposed to pass that fee on to customers in the first place. That is your fee to pay. In fact, you were informed that you are not permitted to pass that fee on to customers in the future, which you agreed not to do
