I was in great pain upon arrival at the visit. I received compassion for the state of pain that I was in. Not once was I told they don't do cleaning on the first visit until after 2 hours of time. I waited in the wiating room for an hour, immediately had my xrays done without consenting to that. Then taken to a room and waited for 20 minutes before seeing the dentist for 2 minutes. She touched one of my teeth and said I was good to go. Hygentist took another 10 minutes to come in and said I had a condition that they needed me to come back two more times to resolve. Now I can't go to another dentist to have my teeth cleaned because they billed my insurance and they only cover one visit...
