He then told me my only option was a root canal and crown, wrote the referral only to have his dental assistant realize he wrote the referral for the WRONG tooth. He did not even know which tooth he was telling me needed to be worked on. After she corrected him(dental assistant was an angel, only good part of the visit) behind closed doors, he came back and very unpleasantly let me know I could simply have the tooth pulled and not necessarily a root canal because the DENTAL ASSISTANT showed him (the DENTIST) which tooth he was supposed to be writing a referral to have worked on. He then very huffily rewrote the referral correctly and his dental assistant helped walk me entirely through everything else I would need to do, including answering any questions I had in regards to what my best options were. I'm not sure how he is still fit to practice if he is unable to pay attention to a detail that is literally the only part of his job. If I could give ZERO stars I most assuredly would.
