I was there for a limited exam and luckily they were able to do same day care. They were very thorough. I look forward to becoming a regular patient at this office.

I saw Dr. Ross several years back while I went to college. This review is LONG overdue…read more First, the office staff is completely incompetent. They never seemed to be able to keep up with my chart, and never seemed to remember that I had paid the visit before (even with receipts). Due to this, my credit report is now showing that I am past due and in collections with them. When I tried to pay my bill (just to get it off of my credit report) they had sent my information elsewhere, and now no one can seem to be able to take my payment! Going to see the dentist was another mess, in that Dr. Ross was not focused on me as a patient and instead let me know that my teeth would fall out if I didn't have braces (Not even kidding). When I had to go in for cavities to be filled (which now I'm doubting I even had), he gave me a Novocain shot and left me alone for 30 minutes while he spoke on the phone in his "office" (in the patient room) about golf and money. Save yourself the grief (which still follows me 7 years later) and go to someone who cares about treating people like people and not like numbers.

He goes out of his way to insure that procedures are painless and takes the time to fully answer questions and address any concern that one might have. He always explains available options, advantages, disadvantages and estimated cost. If one has a dental emergency, he and his staff arrange an appointment quickly take care of the problem. The office staff is friendly, helpful and efficient.

Not once was I told they don't do cleaning on the first visit until after 2 hours of time. I waited in the wiating room for an hour, immediately had my xrays done without consenting to that. Then taken to a room and waited for 20 minutes before seeing the dentist for 2 minutes. She touched one of my teeth and said I was good to go. Hygentist took another 10 minutes to come in and said I had a condition that they needed me to come back two more times to resolve. Now I can't go to another dentist to have my teeth cleaned because they billed my insurance and they only cover one visit...
