With that being said, I only went in an emergency situation. This past week I went and I was extremely disappointed. Dr Law used to be a one stop office. He'd take care of whatever you needed. That's not the case anymore. I saw one of his associates Dr Walker, not impressed. He doesn't have a very good bedside manner. He took one x-ray, then told me there's nothing I can do. Then I was charged $140.00, for quite 1 x-ray and to send me somewhere else. I'm sorry but some of us are on a tight budget and to do nothing and charge that much is crazy. Now I have to go to another dentist and have a consultation, get charged God knows how much to get help. I am truly sad, I really liked Dr Law. His new associates, not so much.

Since they have multiple offices they let me know that the main office was booked until next year but that the Vinton location would be able to see me sooner. On the day of my appointment it was a very smooth check in. The hygienist was very friendly and attentive to my comfort. She regularly checked in to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable with what she was doing. I also had some X-rays done and she was careful to make sure the mouth piece wasn't causing pain. They provide eye protection for any splashes. They have a TV screen on the ceiling that was playing a TV show so I could have something to distract myself. The dentist that saw me was Dr Wood, she was very pleasant and thorough during the exam. I'm happy I found a good dentist that I feel comfortable with and look forward to my next appointment.

I asked if it could be finished any sooner, or if they could call the lab to check, because I need to travel abroad on May 19 and I will be gone for 2months However, the staff member couldn't really answer my questions and just said "nothing we can do, you can replace it after you come back " It didn't seem professional at all. After that, not long later, Doctor Chaudhry called me and resolved the issue regarding my dental crown. I had already had a root canal done and needed a crown for it, which required a fair bit of drilling and IM SO SORRY I ripped a hole in the arm of the chair from flipping out because I tried to be brave and do it without sedation. I love him, he did a great great job!!! But unless the nuclear apocalypse leaves us nitrous-free, I'm going to go somewhere else for my drilling needs! No offense to his wonderful staff! If you don't mind the drill, this is the place to go!
