Guy, the general manager, is committed to taking good care of their customers, even after the sale. All of the service advisors are unfailingly knowledgeable and nice. I also appreciate their shuttle service as many dealers here don't offer that.

Before my vehicle ever arrived, I clearly told them I believed the issue was the brake shoes and rear axle seals. That information was completely ignored. Instead, I was hit with a $2,845.86 estimate and told my rear differential was "locked up." That claim was flat-out false. They then went so far as to disassemble the car to support this fabricated rear-end failure, only to eventually admit there was absolutely nothing wrong with the rear differential at all. After tearing the vehicle apart and finding nothing, they conveniently circled back to exactly what I said from the beginning -- brake shoes and rear axle seals -- yet somehow the price came back nearly identical. Different lie. Same money. Then came the most insulting part of the entire ordeal. They claimed a job that is booked at roughly 5 hours of labor would somehow require over 9 hours. No complications. No rust. No damage. No justification whatsoever. Just made-up labor hours designed to inflate the bill. When I called them out on it, Paula and Jonathan (the manager) admitted on a recorded phone line that they were trying to overcharge me using false labor hours. That wasn't a misunderstanding. That wasn't a clerical error. That was an admission. As if that wasn't enough, the estimate also included overlapping labor charges, billing multiple times for work that happens during the same teardown -- a textbook padding tactic used to squeeze customers who don't know better. Because of their false diagnosis, unnecessary teardown, and constant rewriting of the story, my vehicle was effectively held hostage, forcing me to pay for a hotel and alternate transportation while they chased imaginary problems and inflated numbers. Every bit of that cost and stress was completely avoidable -- and entirely their fault. Here's the pattern, plain and simple: I identified the real issue before the car arrived (brake shoes and rear axle seals) They ignored it and invented a catastrophic failure They tore the car apart to justify that claim Found nothing wrong with the rear differential Fell back to my original diagnosis Kept the price nearly the same Nearly doubled the labor hours on paper Admitted on a recorded call to overcharging using false labor hours This was not incompetence. This was not miscommunication. This was deliberate, predatory behavior -- and they only backed off because they were caught, and started adjusting prices fast.
