Very nice and friendly. They have the same prices you will find in other nail salons. The woman who seems to be in charge is usually at the first table. She greets you and asks you what you came to get done. Then proceeds to tell an employee in their native language.
Wait time was about 10 mins but I didn't mind.
There was a woman who was complaining about her toe nails not being up to par, she was screaming that she didn't like it and wanted it redone.
Luckily, I said sarcastically, I was also assigned to the same employee who also messed up my toe nails.
First, the nail polish was a light pink color. I wanted a natural nude that wouldn't add too much color without having to get clear nail polish. She only did one coat so it was very sheer.
She asked if I wanted my feet to be done too, to remove dead skin. Apparently $8 extra just for a scrub that I did after at home with one I bought at the pharmacy.
Secondly, the lady didn't do anything to my cuticles. Literally left the same way I came in. I could of had my cousin do my nails and it be the same.
So I walked out the nail salon with my mother who also got her toes done and hers look fabulous! She loves it.
I don't know what was up with that employee. Maybe it was her last day or she was close to clock out or something because it was a rushed job.
One star for the complimentary wifi and another for doing good on my mother's toes. However, lost one star for the bad employee, another for the sheer nail polish lacking in pigmentation and the last for not actually doing what a pedicure is supposed to do.
I'll try to come here again but first I will look at everyone else's work done and specify a specific person to do my nails. read more
