Quick layover landed us here and boy am I glad it did. These cocktails were super tasty and strong. Our server was friendly and welcoming.
As I was walking towards my gate, saw R&R seafood bar had fresh raw oysters and I knew I had to get it. Luckily there was couple open high top seats available. They had 2 types of raw oysters and ended up getting 3 of each, the wellfleet from MA and the local kent island from MD. This was my first time ever eating fresh raw oysters at the airport and wow both were delicious!! How often can you get Bomb fresh Oysters shuck in front of you in an airport. The staff here working over the counter were constantly busy, but still had great customer service, checking up on meC refilling my water. Im definitely getting oysters here again whenever I fly over to this airport.
Fantastic! This place goes on the list with Pappadeaux and Legal Seafood. Astonishingly great food in an airport, really anywhere. I had the lump crab roll with coleslaw pictured below. Home run!
Very cool bar in the middle of Gate A terminals. I don't drink liquor but I got drawn by the raw oysters menu written on the board so I think maybe something cooked ia available and I was glad there was the Bacon and Parmesan roasted oysters! 3 huge oysters were on a plate and I love it with Tabasco! However, the last one looked raw or half cooked, not roasted at all:( So I only ate 2... the second one looked half cooked too but well... the servers were busy and really doing their best to keep up with customers. Price was $15.99 for 3 oysters, so about $5.33 a piece plus tax. Will try a more filling snackin' next time:)
I got to the airport super early and decided to come here for a drink. The bartender (can't remember his name but he was from further up the east coast) was super quick, personable, and attentive. I did not try any of the food, though I was tempted. I sat here for about 45 minutes and had 2 old fashioneds. They were good. The only thing that didn't make them perfect was of course the ice. No fault of the bartender of course. I would totally come back here again. I remember thinking the price was very comparable to those outside of the airport, which had me pleasantly surprised.
A very convenient bar and restaurant right next to your gate at BWI southwest terminal! Good beer and pizza and oysters if you so choose. Very friendly bar tender as an extra bonus.

But lady working there was really nice and my drink was fantastic. So I'd go back on my for a drink while waiting on my flight.
A typical airport bar by gates A11-16. We didn't eat prior to going through security, didn't want the usual Food Court offerings (Mickey D's Chipotle, CFA etc.) so we carried on until we reached the bar. I figured I could get a nice crab cake and a glass of wine. They were packed with the normal weeknight travelers. Hubby and I found a seat and waited. The waiter/bartender looked swamped but did make sure he acknowledged us and came over to offer us a menu and water. He was running around the bar as if he was on skates! (No wonder he stays slim and trim). The Caesar salad and crab cake was...just okay. Like airline food really. I watched the cooks as the warmed up previously frozen items. So be aware, it's not homemade. Hubby said his fish tacos were "aight ". They are a bit oily. Marylanders, don't be fooled into thinking you're getting a G&M or Pappa's crab cake. Can't compare. But wasn't horrid either. If in a pinch, I'd eat here again. But since the service was friendly, I'd come back for another pre-flight pour!

The shrimp was good, the salad was a Caesar which I didn't expect b/c the menu said side salad. I didn't want a Caesar but was hungry so I ate it regardless. Had to flag down the bartender to pay. Next time I'll make sure I eat before I go to the airport if I'm at the International terminal.

Young short skinny black male server started cussing at me and trying to instigate a fight with my husband after I left my sandwich wrapper on the counter - telling me the bar was for patrons only, I told him I tried to be but he wouldn't acknowledge me- mind you I have a 5 hour flight home and I had time to go purchase and eat from another shop before I was acknowledged while my husband sat at the bar waiting to order us drinks. This is less of a review but more a hope his manager takes notice of his employees behavior.

Pricy of course it's a seafood place in an airport you'll have to go elsewhere to find a bargain but I think it was 100 percent worth it. I always appreciate great staff and service in airports because aside from the tip they know chances are they'll never see you again. Should I be in BWI again I would definitely go back!

Surprisingly good seafood for an airport. The prices were high, but R and R Seafood Bar did Maryland seafood justice. Service was very fast and friendly, making it a solid stop during a short layover. *Deviled Crab Cakes: came as four small, freshly fried pieces with a very small amount of cocktail sauce and a lemon slice. They were hot, crisp, and packed with sweet, tender Maryland crab. There was no filler and the light breading let the crab shine. Even with minimal sauce, they were flavorful on their own. *Oysters: each order included three oysters that were well shucked and clean. They were East Coast oysters with a nice balance of sweet and briny flavors, again served with basic cocktail sauce and lemon. Overall, this is a great airport option, even if it is a bit pricey. I ate seafood at an airport and did not get food poisoning, so I count that as a win. read more

Pricy of course it's a seafood place in an airport you'll have to go elsewhere to find a bargain but I think it was 100 percent worth it. Anytime I'm strolling through the airport, I make it a point to grab a bite to eat and a nice glass of vino. Well I did just that! I ordered the Crab Dip with Pita bread and a glass of Altitude Chardonnay. Can you say scrumptious! Well...it was for sure. The service was great! Elizabeth provided great service and she made sure I was taken care of. She was very polite and I didn't have to ask for anything. She was very attentive and the vibe was pretty chill. The bar was just right.. I guess this is where my decreased intake plays a role because I barely ate anything, although the food was very tasty! If you're ever at BWI airport, and you're strolling through concourse D, I would said R&R Seafood would be the place to stop by! Until next time-Cheers! read more
I walked the wrong way in the bwi airport, and saw this place and decided to hang out for a bit to kill some time, they have a nice selection on the menu, and a number of different drinks. I'm a Bloody Mary fan, so of course I had to try the crabby Mary! It was very tasty! I loved the garnishing, and the flavor especially! They added some type of sea food seasoning to it which I had never had before and loved the flavor! If I ever have the time, I would certainly come back here to check out more food and drinks! I'm not one to sit at an oyster bar or whatever at an airport. I usually have a very short time period before a flight and get something quick. But after the last two weeks I had I will be honest I really needed a treat and hopefully something decadent and tasty. This was it.. I walked up the the long bar, it went all the way around the space. Sat down, got a menu and was warmly greeted. I ordered a glass of Sauvignon Blanc which plays nicely with Crab Cakes. I've never been to the Baltimore, MD area and thought why not. I was grateful for the wine an it was as if my server knew what to say as I said many thanks and he said "You deserve it." I needed to hear that...I'm sure they deal with a great deal of weary travelers. Now when you order the crab cake it comes with a local bag of chips, crackers, lemon and they ask if you want cocktail sauce or tarter sauce. I'm partial to rémoulade on my crab cakes. Although they did not have it get the spicy aioli it's what you want. Granted the other stuff is house made but it's not for a crab cake. The crab cake sure it was a little smaller than I expected but it was full of crab and little filler and it was very savory. Everyone sitting around you is pretty chill as they may be waiting for a flight or a long layover and are usually pretty friendly or they keep to themselves. Staff is friendly, efficient and empathetic a plus. If you find yourself in this particular gate at the airport give it a whirl. They have other food too and freshly shucked oysters. Cheers read more
I needed to grab something to eat before I left town so I decided to try this spot. It's located conveniently right outside of the security check so that was cool. I ordered the fish and chips and had a Stella Artois to drink. This really hit the spot. I needed to eat something before I got on my flight and this did the job. read more
Airport seafood bar that offers OBrycki's crab cakes!!! Delicious! You can get them broiled instead of fried. And they have more Old Bay, if need be. Plus, they have malt vinegar. Get it with a salad and you're in heaven! Perfect for the Baltimore airport. Very good, R & R Seafood!! read more
Jamal was our bartender and he was friendly and fast. We ordered double orange crushes. For whatever reason he told us they didn't have any food available which was fine. We were able to enjoy a few drinks before boarding. read more

Honestly, didn't order any food. I am just giving this place five stars because I love Joseph the bartender. He has great banter, and gets your drinks quick. I think he's funny and sarcastic, which is exactly what I need for an anxious airport trip. Thank you Joseph for the beers and shot. Good views with rocking chairs right next to the bar read more

Only restaurant in the airport that served any food past 8:00pm. That said, they only had two options from the entire menu available to order, chicken tenders or fish and chips. I ordered the chicken and they were surprisingly good and so were the fries. The coleslaw was just okay. Relatively reasonable price for airport food. It was $16. The service was relatively quick. They have many alcoholic drink options available. Bar seating and tables as well with TVs. read more

Seriously, you're known for crab cakes, and this is all you get for $30? What an absolute ripoff. This is supposed to be a dinner entree, GTFO with this weak crap. I'm sure you feel a bit dirty on the way to the bank. The crab cake itself is just alright. I've had far better. read more
This is a nice option to stop for food when waiting for a flight. I got the fish tacos. It tasted good enough, nothing spectacular. The service was nice. It did the job of being convenient and a nice option to go to at airport. read more

This was the absolute best crab dip I have ever had! With all the delays with flights, this made things better. I enjoyed the dip along with mimosas. The server was amazing and nice and quick! He kept coming back often to make sure I was ok. And to check if I needed anything else. Not much of an ambiance as it's the middle of an airport terminal. But it's a nice place! If I'm ever there again I'll for sure be returning to eat here again. read more

Hi Lyle...so the restaurant is directly outside of the TSA area, between the D/E connector but between Gate A12 & A13. You can probably access the map for a clearer understanding on google. I literally googled it and the directions came up. I hope…
