This place is the real deal. Looks like someone's…read morehouse/garage on google, but total pros in real life. Small, but very well stocked dealership. Good prices with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The service department, which was my purpose, is without peer. Literally my best experience with any vehicle service department anywhere. I normally maintain my own vehicles. As it is cheaper and more rewarding to purchase the factory manual and specific tools than to deal with dealer BS. Not so with Koup's. Everything from scheduling to owner maintenance was honest and cool with them. I live quite far away (Delaware) and performed oil changes and such on schedule, but needed them to do the software bits and any non-amateur details on my Ducati. They performed my requested service during lunch and even provided garage parking for my wife's Honda. Done quickly and painlessly.

Wow, some interesting reviews here. Years ago, I was looking for a replacement tire for my…read moreConcours and stopped in only to have them recommend an "off road" tire. I was shocked. Fast forward a couple years, a buddy purchased a Versys. He wanted an extended shift lever for it and literally had it handed to him to install since the guy who sold him the bike couldn't put it on and the "service department" wasn't open on Saturday. Visited a couple weeks ago, wandered in to look at the new KLRs - there were three of them on the floor. I saw two men working but nobody said hello or asked if I needed help. Weird.

Meagan is fantastic. Competent, knowledgeable, laidback-everything you want in a salesperson…read more Service department is the same. Always busy, but quality service. They like me even though I haven't bought a bike from them. I guess they remember me after years of drooling on all the pretty-shiny's they have in the showroom. Small family dealer feel with big franchise dealer service.

It was strange. I bought a Slingshot there a year ago and the sales experience was average. I…read morewanted to bring it in for inspection and recall work and the person they sent the phone too was not forthcoming. It was an awkward conversation of me asking questions, a Slingshot is unchartered territory for me, and the mechanic being very uninviting to answer. Ultimately the recall information was worthless, and my money is on never getting a call about parts arriving. Just based on the guys willingness to answer questions. The inspection and recall work will not take place the same day. This is terrible since no one wants to drive in there twice for no reason. As it turns out, and maybe it's not their fault, but they apparently have a major backup of recall work and no parts for it in stock... Again, according to Mr. No Communication on the phone. I scheduled my inspection and the most the guy said was, I hope it doesn't rain that day. I guess his poor way of saying, we don't like to schedule things ahead. Of course I didn't know that until I arrived in person. When I arrived it was raining and he told me they can't inspect on a rainy day. Of course, any fail would be "discretionary" but rain won't be because it gets Mr. No Communication out of work and human interaction. I understand you can't inspect when it rains. But what can you do? We've found the problem, so what is the solution? It's simple. Be a jerk! Mr. No Communication says, who'd you talk to on the phone, and I know it was probably him, but I say, whoever answered the phone, because he doesn't exactly introduce himself. I asked, what can I do about rescheduling? He says, we don't schedule appointments, you just come in. What?!?! I say, I scheduled for today. He looks at a book and says, there's nothing for today. Wait! You just said you don't schedule and now there's nothing for today? Which is it?! I don't think I'll be going back here unless I have no other choice. I work around electricians, plumbers, contractors and some of these industries are known for arrogance, but I've never dealt with one who deals with people like their lead service man. He's a total jerk, not just on the phone but in person too.
