My car sat on their lot for three days with no updates. When they finally called, I paid nearly $1,000 and went to pick it up--only to realize they had left my doors unlocked the entire time. Because of that negligence, someone went into my car and stole everything inside. To make matters worse, I was told that none of the cameras on their lot were working, which is unacceptable for a business that keeps customers' vehicles overnight. After everything that happened, they only reimbursed me $40, which doesn't even begin to cover what was taken or the stress caused. Since then, I've spoken with several people around town and learned that this isn't an isolated incident. Hearing that others have had similar issues with care and security only makes this situation more frustrating. To top it all off, my check engine light came back on just one week after the inspection, which seriously makes me question the quality and reliability of the work performed. I paid expecting professionalism, security, and accountability--and received the opposite. This business showed a complete lack of responsibility when it came to customer property. Save yourself the stress, time, and money, and take your car elsewhere

They have arrangement with Enterprise, so you can pick and drop a rental car from their location. It saves lot of hassles of arranging rental pick up and drop off. Last week, I went for scheduled tire rotation to a different shop. The mechanic told me that a plastic part was hanging from under the car. I asked him if he could fix it and he said it's a body shop thing. I called Major's Select and they asked me to bring the car in. The manager (I think her name was Juliette?), looked at it and fixed it with a Phillips screwdriver. No charge. I wonder why the tire guy could not have done what the lady at Major's Select fixed in less than 10 minutes? I'm very impressed with this body shop.

Brianna was so helpful and worked with me to find a convenient time for me to bring my vehicle in during my graduate school winter break. They were very kind about honoring the lifetime warranty on the work completed at at their sister facility. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. It turns out that the technician who installed the replacement rear door accidentally activated the manual child safety lock, preventing the door from operating properly. The waiting room was exceptionally clean, especially considering that this type of business involves a lot of messy liquids. I cannot comment on the cost or value of service, but I can say that the customer service was excellent. I would not hesitate to return in the future with any issues.

And I'm satisfied with the outcome however I change my rating from 1 to only 4 is because Sun Motor did not do all they could in their power to work out a deal for me instead of sending me a invoice and ask me to fund the repair out of my pocket. So their for, I don't think 5 star is appropriate. If they would of work things out with MB of USA and get me a deal this would of been an Epic 5 Stars. Ps. I also got a phone call from MB Of USA threaten to withdraw the 500 dollars reimbursement deal if I don't remove my comment. I told them that my comment stick because nothing I said is lie.
