Young guy behind the counter dropped what he was doing made the copy on spot in a few minutes... another time I brought in a gas tank off a motorcycle, they were able to unlock the gas cap and make a key that I then could use in the ignition. Also suggested I get deadbolts AFTER they completed services and I paid. Would have been great to know that before I paid for 10 locks to be rekeyed. I called Urgent at 11 yesterday morning and the locksmith (Ryan) was at my house an hour later. After his arrival, I decided to switch out the deadbolt & add keyless entry. Ryan suggested I go purchase the system of my choice & he would return the same day. I drove to a big box store & after texting him several of my choices (while still in the store) he confirmed what would work best. He then drove to my house for a second time, promptly completed the job, fine tuned adjustments & even vacuumed the work area. Responsive. Reliable. Personable. Professional.
