So I went online and did some research about getting a key fob for a Hyundai Sonata. I ordered 2 fobs from Amazon and called around for quotes. Bekzat gave me the most competitive offer (some wanted to charge double) and was the only one willing to drive to me. His quote even included the keys themselves. I canceled my Amazon order and he was at my house within the hour. An hour later I had 2 sets of working key fobs. Superb service! Will definitely be using him for any future locksmith needs

Not only was his price the best, he didn't put me on hold and look for someone to answer me or have me call back later. He was also the only one who didn't berate me while on the phone, hang up, or ask me stupid questions that had nothing to do with what I wanted done. I scheduled to meet nearby two days later, he showed up on time, cut the key, programmed the remote, charged me what he quoted, and was very friendly and professional the entire time. I felt like an actual valued customer. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I won't use anyone else from now on.

My experience with Mr Locksmith fits the latter description. I lost my car keys while in Atlanta for work and needed someone to make a new key so I could get back on the road. The ford dealerships quoted a 2-3 day leadtime however when your travelling for work away from home you dont have 2-3 days to wait for a new key. Mr. Locksmith met me at my car within 30mins of calling, and immediately began to work on making a new key. My car represented a huge challenge in that the key is a high security specialized blank that nobody seemed to have available. Mr Locksmith spent over 11hours driving across greater Atlanta searching for the right match. Most locksmiths would have given up or not taken the job in the first place however Mr Locksmith remained persistent and worked through the night (3:00AM when he finished) to get the job done. He knew I had a business meeting 2hrs away at 9AM the next day and made sure I had an operable key to take me there by the next morning. Its a very rare thing to encounter someone passionate about their work these days, and Mr Locksmith is that, a guy who is honest, fair, and passionate about helping others. What more could you ask for in a locksmith? I would highly recommend using Mr Locksmith for any of your lock issues/needs. Chris Anderson

I was given the impression that The Key Expert operates the same way. I found that the price for a particular key could change depending on who you happen to speak with over the phone. When I initially contacted the business, I was quoted a price on an automobile key with a special deal of half off on a second key. When I called just a few weeks later the price was significantly higher. In fact, my car dealership ended up being a few dollars lower. I decided to go another route. Addendum: The owner's unprofessional comment about my review is well worth the price of admission. It should indicate to all prospective customers everything they need to know.

One of those locksmiths recommended THIS one so I went here and while they said they weren't sure if they could make a working copy, they did their absolute best to attempt one with a safe key blank they had in stock. They didn't charge me for it because they couldn't guarantee that it would work, and I said if it did work I'd be back to pay them and get another copy. In the end I was able to discover the correct blanks were available only online, so I've asked my landlord to buy those but I will now recommend this locksmith to everyone and utilize them for all my locksmith needs in the future. Thank you so much!
