They had the main interior cleaners come before all the other work was done so we had to ask them to reclean the house (we found a lot of dirt and footprints in the house). There was mismanagement of the workers by the company. Our main agent couldn't make it and the replacement they sent to pick up our check straight up lied and ghosted us. All in all, the job was complete and they were open to redoing work when it wasn't done. So we appreciated that.

No voicemails or emails have been left and it's concerning and unprofessional. It's also bordering on harassment. See photos attached of 8 missed calls within minutes from them. Review: We had a terrible experience with this company. A few things we encountered that you should be watching out for: 1. They immediately recommended contact with homeowner's insurance (BEFORE a leak was identified or a plumber's report was created - NOTE: this was not a valid claim and needed to be rescinded causing our insurance to go up for no reason). 2. No scope of work or estimate were EVER provided (after numerous requests via email, phone and text - they continually said they would send the document and didn't). 3. Fans for remediation were left on the property and not plugged in or being used (We had to request pick up of unusued fans and have them correct overbilling on their invoicing). In summary, beware of their business practices and be an informed consumer. Ask for a written scope of work and estimate for anything over $500 per California code and part of their responsibility as a contractor. In California, seniors (aged 65+) have a special five-business-day right to cancel home improvement contracts, extended from the standard three days. Contractors must provide written notice of this right, limit down payments to 10% or $1,000. If you are not getting a scope of work and estimate within the standard time of three days or five days (if you are 65+), you have a right to cancel any contract. We ended up having to contact another company and long story short, nothing Voge did was correct. From their improper sealing of the area to incorrect location of a leak, Voge made huge errors to inflate costs. Voge even suggested demo of walls that weren't necessary. We were helped by a reputable plumber and remediation company but went without water in our home for over a week due to Voge. Please be sure to ask appropriate questions and protect yourself with a second opinion if possible.
