We had a pipe burst overnight between floors in our house and we had our plumber put us in contact with Daniel to get ahead on the mitigation process. They were there early the next morning to set up fans and dehumidifiers to remove the water from the lumber. Daniel also did a secondary inspection with some really cool detection methods like a moisture detector and an infrared camera to look for any additional pooling or water damage They also helped me get in contact with my home insurance company to report the damage and set up a claim. During the Los Angeles windstorm on January 7, 2025, my old wooden fence on one side of my house was damaged beyond repair! I needed to get it rebuild as soon as possible due to privacy and security issues. The side of the house with the damage was exposed to the neighbors and the street. Luckily a family member referred me to Four Square Restoration. I contacted the office, left a brief message. The following day, David the owner returned my call and came to my place to assess the damage. We agreed on the amount of work and the estimated cost of a new cinder block wall with iron and composite topper and a new iron composite gate. Due to my concern of security and privacy, David sent his team to my house the next day, though they had other projects they were already in the process of completing. The guys did the demolition clean up and removed all the debris since most of it fell on my neighbor's driveway. A couple days later the team started building my new wall right away. They completed my beautiful new wall within a few weeks. The workers were all very punctual and professional. They worked tirelessly and did such an amazing job! FSR is the best construction crew I've ever worked with. In February 2024 during heavy rains in LA we had a tremendous mudslide from the hill behind our house in Encino. It destroyed most of our sunroom and the mud flowed into the adjacent dining room causing much damage and ruined furniture. There was at least 4 feet of mud in the whole area behind the house. David Moran, the contractor for FSR gave us a very fair price for mud removal. In about 2 weeks they scooped up and hauled away all the mud. They did a fantastic job of framing up the sunroom until it could be repaired. They had to remove at least half of the drywall that got damaged and removed the flooring, which also was destroyed. They did through mold mitigation. They had many special fans underneath the house and in the damaged rooms running for several days, drying everything. It took awhile for the sunroom company to rebuild the sunroom, but when the finally did, David and his crew came in and did all the drywall, plastering, painting, exterior stucco, electrical, plumbing, and with his many contacts, he got us a great deal on new flooring throughout the house. They did very high quality work, with great attention to detail, and through cleanup every day. David's pricing was always very fair. Thank you to FSR for their great service. We had a dishwasher that leaked in the cabinets, wall and flooring etc. Our neighbor had previously used them and felt they were very good as well. This whole thing has been so stressful and they were on top of things. We ended up with Asbestos in the flooring that had to be removed and Alfredo helped us find another great company to deal with that issue. We had a sudden pipe burst in our kitchen right before the 4th of July weekend! Four Square Restoration IMMEDIATELY sent over Alfredo Alvarez to help clean up our mess and do moisture detection and mitigation to see exactly how far our leak had spread. Alfredo and his team (which included Yudex, Efrain, and Manny) neatly and carefully removed our kitchen cabinets, set up fans to dry all the wet areas, and they also set up a dehumidifier to remove any residual moisture. We had a water leak in our condo causing major water damage to cabinets, flooring, baseboards and walls. We reached out to FSR restoration and was immediately called back by David Moran. He and his colleague Angel showed up same day and immediately took action. They had the necessary drying equipment to immediately start mitigating the damage.
