I'm shocked by my experience with Matt Sanders. He came to the home I was about to buy and tested it and quoted me $375 knowing that I needed a report to show the sellers of the home I'm buying because I'm gravely ill from mold poisoning. The results came back and he refused to write a report unless I paid more money AND made me wait a week knowing I needed it ASAP and in a week the report was useless. He would not budge. Matt initially came to inspect some black spots on the exterior stucco of our house, the photos of which I had posted on Nextdoor where every reply was "black mold" in all caps. Matt quickly assessed (not black mold), took a sample and told us how to easily address it ourselves. Some months later we consulted with him re: interior house and garage after we noticed surface discoloration and other signs of mold in numerous places (walls, floors, books, inside drawers, clothes, pencils!).
