I ended up here because my insurance, Geico, works with them. Felt good about that. So grateful they made my appt with Car Source Collision. Although, the damage didn't seem significant at first, it added up after everything was completed but that would have been the case at any other shop. After leaving my truck for repairs, the rental car company provided pick up from the shop. Unfortunately, I left my wallet at the shop (with lots of important info/cash/several credit cards) and Matt, personally delivered it to my location within minutes. So grateful he did that! Matt was pretty awesome throughout the entire process; nice, professional while explaining the process, providing estimated repair time, etc. The mechanics did a great job, my truck looked exactly like it did before the accident. Actually, it looked even better in and out, because they detailed my car too! Loved that! The insurance covered all the repairs but I would definitely use use this shop again, even if I had to pay out of pocket.

I was a little skeptical since they didn't have any reviews and it was surprisingly affordable so I reached out, and boy am i glad that I did. They were incredibly communicative about every step of the way just getting to the car. When they arrived they did notice a spot on the bumper that wasn't visible in the pictures that i sent, but the increase in payment was only for materials and nothing extra for labor even though it was my mistake. After they took the vehicle they sent updates with pictures of the car so i could see the progress and i didnt have to worry aboutif it would be dont in time. It took a little over 24 hours to repair both door panels and the rear bumper. But the biggest thing that i appreciated was the fact that he wabted an honest review, and emphasized an Honest review. I called the Lexus dealership in Annapolis and was referred to JB's for repair. Pros: Really nice people, quick Turnaround (2 1/2 weeks) and collision repair knowledge. Cons: communication is ok; I would have liked more informed updates that discussed my out-of-pocket expenses when using this shop. This is why I want to put a warning if you use this particular shop. Warning: This is the only certified Lexus repair shop in the area that won't bring down their labor rate per hour. This will affect you because they are well above the insurance cap ( they charge 54 dollars, and state insurance companies cap at 50 dollars an hour). This means the difference will be paid by you, the consumer. Knowing what I have learned, I would have picked another place that wouldn't force me to pay additional fees even though their finished product was good. It is bad enough to get into an accident that isn't your fault but to have to pay the difference is even more traumatizing. I am fortunate that the insurance company waived the charges, but from what I hear, this isn't the norm. This shop is an excellent place if you are willing to pay 200-500 out of your pocket.
