I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. Long story short, he explained the problems with my car IN DETAIL and the cost associated with everything, before they ever started any repairs. He was very honest with me about what needed to be done for safety reasons and what could wait, and he was very patient when I asked him to explain things again. He's a guy that understands that when you ask someone to spend $700+ to fix their car, they will have questions and concerns. But then... he went a step above. He called me back and told me that SURPRISE! The repairs would cost LESS than what he quoted me on the phone. Less. Did you hear me? I said LESS. He could VERY easily had just charged me what he originally quoted, but he explained that they were able to refurbish a part that they were going to replace, and saved me about $130. How many times can you say that you went into a car repair expecting to spend a certain amount, and because of the skillfullness and kindness of the technician, they SAVED you money. With no work done on my car. Second off, I had to go back to them multiple times to fix their lack of attention to their own work they did on my car. Like rushing an oil pan replacement. Not only this but they would schedule work on my car but then would be bombarded with other companies using them to fix their cars and leave me to wait several more hours than promised because their priority was not on my scheduled fix. As well as replacing my shocks and then having to find out that my shocks were leaking. Nothing to do with how my car was but the amount of times I've had to go back to them to fix their OWN work was so so so ridiculous. As a business, they need to have a more organized business that does not treat customers like they are an inconvenience and need to do simple fixes right the first time. Not the 3rd time.
