Called based on Yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. Called and spoke with Vicky to describe what was going on with my garage. It would open but would not close so I would disconnect the opener and manually raise it. Vicky seemed to know what was going on over the phone. About 2 hours later Raul shows up at my house and fixes the problem! He was very professional and explained everything. He applied lubricant to the hinges so my garage is much quieter! I called a few other garage repair places they all wanted to charge me just to come look at my door, it had a bent rail and the door was crooked. Sears came by and wanted to charge me $300 to fix it. The Sears guy was cool he didn't charge me service fee of $75 even after I told him I didn't want him to fix it because of the price.
