Great customer service from Vicky. I had called R&E since my elderly father had issues with the garage door not closing all the way down because of a faulty sensor. Vicky originally offered to help though it wasn't a misalignment of the sensor but a bad sensor. We were able to get an appointment in quickly. Vicky and Raul did such an awesome job. Her customer service won me over as well as the cost of the job that was quoted. You don't find someone willing to help you out without charging you these days. What a great experience!! I had called a reputable place that was quick to respond as well, but quoted a starting bid of $600+ to replace a busted spring on my automatic garage door. THANKFULLY I shopped around and found these wonderful people. Set up appointment for Monday on Friday to repair our garage door seal, as it had slid off the track. Raul showed up on time, within the 3 hr window we were given, quickly replaced the seal at the bottom, told us we did not need a new track, and did a quick inspection and service of the rest of the garage door. It works wonderful now and closes quietly and easily! Very impressed with their service and commitment to do a good job while keeping prices reasonable. Asked for an estimate on a Home Improvement broker site and they gave a price twice as high as R&E just to replace the seal. R&E throws in the complimentary service for free and they do a great job. Raul came on time wearing a mask with truck loaded with materials. We reviewed the problem and Raul suggested several options to fix the door. I decided to go ahead with the fastest least expensive option. Raul removed the top panel of the door and added a steel bracket to strengthen the top of door and replaced the two broken windows. Raul completed the work in a very professional and timely manner. Vicky and Raul's professional and caring coordination and completion of the job was greatly appreciated. I am a small property manager in Desert Hot Springs. I was helping out a non English speaking elderly in Hacienda Heights, where I have friends and family. The motor was bad, and needs replacing. To be efficient I went to the local Home Depot (Gale and Fullerton) purchased the motor and installation. Vickey Called me to schedule the install, and I let her know my limits due to time andlocation. We have had at least three conversations to best schedule, and save time: size of garage door, first for second route, the third I had to reschedule. Which is good for the property owner, it turned out she had homeowners insurance that was set up by her children. I was just going to return product and service. Vickie called me about a week since I cancelled the appointment, two or three days after I learned the fact she followed again. I have been a property manager for over a decade. I have worked with various Plumbers, Electricians, Contractors. I can honestly say that her customer service was extraordinary unparallel. If I have garage service in Hacienda Heights area or areas where R&E service I would definitely contact them again.
