Turned out the lock was just sticking, but in the meantime Dan changed the insides of the locks on my hundred year old doors / handles so that we could go down to 2 keys for the whole house from about 14! He really went above and beyond. He tightened the handles and WD40'ed everything and showed me the unique features of the locks. I am so pleased. I have never used a locksmith service before - we'd always just got new handles but that was not a good option for this house and I am so glad I called this company.

As the realization that my keys are gone or going to be lost for the foreseeable future, I got on yelp to see if I could talk to some locksmith to help me out. I got a couple quotes from locksmiths. But Igor's stood out. He offered fast service at a great price. So I decided to go with him. He was here in no time at all. Also he was very knowledgeable. One locksmith was going to charge me almost double because they claimed that my car needed a chip in the key to make it work. Igor told me that this is not true, and no chip was needed. This showed that he knew what he was talking about and he was honest. I think a lot of places might fabricate that just to make more money, but not Igor. He was truthful and honest and did what was best for me (the customer)! When he got here he was friendly and nice. He popped my door open pretty quick and got me a new key in no time. He even went above and beyond, because my driver side door always had a hard time turning. So he oiled it up for me, so now the lock works perfectly and smoothly. Update: After leaving a review about my experience with this company. I received a phone call from a completely different number (possibly the same guy) asking me to remove a review since I was not a customer. I assumed he was calling on behalf of another company since he said, they "locksmiths?" are a close-knit community and that he's asking me nicely to remove it (again, possibly the same guy). So, I go back to look at the messages and I notice a picture of the same guy for 2 different companies. Like, what type of scam is this? This lock was extremely jammed due to my own user error. Within minutes Yan was able to get the lock back in working order. Feeling very luck right now!! After the lock was fixed he went around and sprayed pro-grade lubricant in the 11 other locks. Above and beyond! Very fair pricing for meeting us on a holiday (4th of July)!!
