The installation was the most professional and competent we have ever experienced (and we've done a lot of remodeling!) Ansley's clearly take pride in their work and now we feel proud when we look out back and see our fence. The Army taught me that standards matter. Ansley's operates with the same commitment to quality, communication, and execution. I was impressed from the first call. If you're investing in your home, trust Ansley's to do it right.

We do not recommend his company.

I was interested first in DNA Sheds because their pricing is reasonable. I contacted Adam, who is responsive and knowledgeable. He has an easy-to-understand kind of base + fee for additional things (such as cost to add a window, etc). He was likewise responsive to meet for estimate and schedule the actual install. Adam and team were on time for estimate and install. The shed was completed in a day. I couldn't believe it. It's solid. It's been in place for about 2 years (I'm late to the review) and has had minimal shifting, is still level, rain-tight solid construction. It meets our HOA requirements. He came in exactly on the budget estimate. It looks great - neighbors think we installed a mother-in-law suite or mini apartment. Nope, it's just our lawn equipment. While I am not superstitious, I did not want the old mirrors broken. I am not sure how they were going to remove the old mirrors. Initially I thought they would have to be cut out of the walls, new dry wall installed and then new mirrors affixed. The removal of the old mirrors took about 15 minutes and no glass was broken. They had the equivalent of a giant suction cup. They wiggle the glass with the suction cups and the mirrors were removed in a few minutes. If you have never behind a mirror, and we had not, there were 4 big circles of mirror glue. This hold process was super fascinating. The new mirrors were installed in less time as the removal of the old mirrors. The Palacios Glass team does excellent work!

Not only did they not align the rear fence with the existing side fence, they also and more importantly, didn't cut the wood to match the board length to that of the existing double gate. They also changed the positioning of where the fence and gate meet up, leaving a huge gap. Today we asked the owner to come give us a quote for fixing the remainder of the fence and after asking him if he was using the same crew as when the fence was done, told him about the crappy job his crew did and instead of offering a solution, he stormed off and told us he wouldn't work with us. As the owner of the company, I would expect him to follow up and 'lay eyes' on projects his crew does to ensure quality craftsmanship!! Wish I could rate them with a NEGATIVE star!
