I know lumber has gone up in price and I did account for that, but I wasn't comfortable moving forward with something outside of my price range. The work was done on time and completed quickly! He came to the house and gave me a Great military discount. We discussed the work in phases and he even recommended some areas that did not require painting to reduce costs. His vision for my home was amazing and he was professional and very passionate about his work. His crew was dependable and on time and experts at their craft. Mike completed the staining of my fence, touch ups to my door and created the beautiful accent walls you see in the ceilings and back walls. He also was responsible for any crown molding you see. The builder painted the entire home a sort of sand and Mike helped me to Create the Bold look I was going for. My biggest disappointment was the poor workmanship and the lack of attention to detail. There are areas (wall)that weren't painted, and in other areas the paint is chipping.
