I called back recently, 5 months later, to replace another pane that's exactly the same and was quoted $350. When I asked why there was such a jump in pricing in less than six months, they said, "Glass went up 40% ... Prices are increasing every day in the construction industry. I have no control over it, unfortunately." Okay? So my increase is way more than 40%? So I called three other glass companies with the highest quote at $180. Wow, that's even lower than the first price I paid. I'm just flabbergasted! Compared to other local small businesses, the prices Proline Glass & Mirror quoted are astronomically more, and especially for a repeat customer. For these reasons, I must update my review and drop my rating.

Recently, we had to have some adjustments done to our glass shower door after a new shower floor was installed. Another company tried to make the adjustments but ended up making the door too narrow. We contacted Bear Creek and Ade came out with his team to take all the measurements and within a very short time, a new door was ready. They were great about scheduling the installation and worked around my schedule. And after the new door was put up, everything was back to the way it was before. Whether it's glass or mirror, Bear Creek Glass does amazing work and I would trust them with any project.

I asked the man how much to install it. $250 was his price. Deal! That's way less than I'm willing to spend to save me from having to do it. I scheduled the installation for a few days later.
