It took three months, start to finish, to get new treatments installed on every window in our 1700 square foot house. Justin patiently walked through options with us, consulted on colors, went through samples to get us the right order for every room, and then came back and installed everything when it came in. We had some minor trouble with the back door, and Justin reordered the blind, came back out, and reinstalled it for us. I think this is the best experience we've had with any home update so far.

You pay half deposit when placing the order and then pay the remaining balance after the blinds are installed and you are 100 percent satisfied. I found Made In The Shade through Costco. In the end, I did NOT go with Made In The Shade, but rather Rockwell Shutters (through Home Depot). They have higher quality products, and more affordable prices. I do want to say that Alex and Cyndi were very nice people though. They simply could not beat the products/pricing of Rockwell Shutters. I highly suggest you do your own research and ask lots of questions if you are looking to purchase custom window coverings.
