We had no experience working with them but after this, they will be the only towing and auto repair shop we use. From the first phone call I made to them, frantic at 4:30am trying to locate my vehicle, Tia and the team have been nothing but stellar. They helped us work with Turo to get reimbursement, calling the Turo customer service specialist themselves and advocating on our behalf. They kept us updated each time we called and allowed us graciously to stop by to check on the car. They did numerous safety tests when the sensors on our car were failing. They did a wheel alignment. They cleaned the car inside and outside before giving it back to us. This place is truly the best. I cannot speak highly enough of Tia, Stacy, and all the mechanics that had a hand in repairing our car. Tells me what's wrong with the car and suggests I get it to the repair shop asap. Rides off into the sunset. Me: Did that just happen? Yes, yes, it did. This is a true story (except for the sunset, as it was nighttime). These guys are incredibly nice, professional, and talented. If you ever have car trouble, call them immediately. My biggest regret in this whole experience was not calling them sooner.

This Autobody shop in ridgefield park nj was recommended to us by our long time mechanic, Dr. Ed,…read morewho happens to own a shop around the corner from this place. Some jack@ss stopped short and we ran into their bumper causing extensive damage to the bumper, grill, driver side lights and side panel. This is a 2007 Nissan Altima with 150,000 miles on it. We were debating whether to fix the damage (out of our own pockets) or trade it in for a new car. When the dealerships offered us $500 for our car, it was an easy decision to fix it. Mechanically, this car is still perfect. Dr. Ed estimated that the damage would cost about $2500 to fix. For $2500, we wouldn't have repaired it. We went to J&J anyway to see how much it would cost. The owner was very nice, Jerry. He said he would call around to see how much the parts were. Within a couple of hours, he called us back. He estimated that it would cost $1100 to get it all done in a day. And if we didn't want to paint it (since we told him we didn't want to put too much money into this older car) he said he could do it for $800. That was 1/3 of what Dr. Ed estimated. It was music to my ears. We also had a large dent caused by our unscrupulous neighbor who ran into our car and then denied it. Damage was done overnight in our shared driveway--who else could it have been?! Karma is a bitch. They'll get theirs! I digress. I asked them if they could pull out that huge debt and they said it would be another $50. We immediately agreed. We dropped the car off on Monday morning at 8am and by 1pm, they called to say that the car was done. Fantastic! I quickly drove by and was so pleased with the final product. I thought it would look ghetto with unpainted parts but since our car is dark, it blends in fairly well. We are relieved that this was all done so quickly, professionally and at such a reasonable price. We hope to never ever see them again. But if we ever need Autobody work again in the future, we would not hesitate to go back to this place. Everyone that we dealt with here was professional and courteous. Jerry said he's been at this location for over 40 years. If you need Autobody work done, I highly recommend J&J!
