Hands down the most patient and understanding people I've ever met. Pauly came to me when I reported my car (Annie) was involved in a hit and run over Memorial Day weekend. He helped me with speaking with Geico, (my first and hopefully last hit and run) and he gave me a ride from the shop to the rental car enterprise on Rockaway. He was also very patient with me when I got the call that my car was finished with the repairs. I wasn't able to pick it up immediately. He held Annie for me until I got back to New York. Picked her up today, and she was detailed, and the repairs were so amazing, it doesn't even look like anything happened. Highly recommend C&C Automotive for ANY repairs you need done. I will not give this shop one star. They are, hands down, the worst shop I have ever had to deal with. They lied to me and my daughter countless times about what was going on with the car. Erin was the rudest person I have ever dealt with on the phone and Pauly told lie after lie and then refused to give my daughter a receipt for the work he did to the car. Did I forget to mention that they got the car on September 28 and it was not ready until sometime between November 16-18? I am not sure of the exact date as no one contacted me to tell me it was ready. Instead, they stated they contacted my insurance company, Geico. I verified with Geico that was another lie. They knew the car needed to be ready by 11/16 (keep in mind they had the car since 9/28) because my daughter was coming home (she is in the area for college and does not live there). They assured us it would be ready. On 11/15 my daughter called and was told that it would not be ready until the 17th or 18th. My daughter could not wait so Geico got her a rental and she came home. They charged us storage fees of $75 a day from 11/24-11/30. Ordinarily, I would have no issue paying storage fees and I understand that space is limited, however, we were assured it would be ready by 11/16 then told it would not and the shop KNEW my daughter had to leave on 11/16. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use this shop. read more

First thing first, My accident was in September 2021, I got her back March 2022, 5 months they held my car in the shop with the excuse of a part being on back order... second i got my car back and yes she looked brand new everything was great. Until i started looking through my car, my spare tire was missing, my all weather floor mats were missing, and my wheel lock key is missing. When i spoke to the secretary she wanted to be very disgusting and rude, basically accusing me of taking out all this stuff from my car the day of my accident.... This place shouldn't be in business or maybe just need more knowledge on how to do collision repair and also painting. I got into an collision after a drunk driver rear ended me. Tow truck driver was around the area and convinced me to use their shop because they specialized in European and high vehicle repairs. I was very convinced and after hours of talking and convincing. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and trust his shop to work on my BMW. Took about a month to get my truck back due to insurance claims etc.... the day of the pick up i already noticed scuff marks below the lift gate, I immediately point it out and the owner sent his workmen to buffed it out. Another thing they didn't even put my tailpipe back in. It was found on the backseat, I had to point that out as well. Keep in mind this was night time. Few days later I noticed few things wasn't right.... the lift gate was not aligned properly to factor specs, rear bumper was pushed up higher than usual with gaps showing. The paint job was very shitty and dull. It looks like a street job. This place and the owner is very shady. The tow truck driver tries to convince you to use their shop so they can bring money in. Upon dealing with the owner he has employees sitting around, smoking and drinking his office while customers are inside talking business. I will not go back to this crappy place. Do yourself a favor and take your business else where. You work hard for your earned money. Don't spend it on this chop shop. Lastly driving my vehicle home, I noticed my control arms are making loud noise when I'm Turning the wheels.... this place sucks read more

If I could give them a zero star I would. Customer service is rude the only person who actually has some sense is the person that works in the field, John. They start of talking really nice luring you in. But doesn't update you on the car and it's progress. My car is suppose to be done in two weeks but because they can't do their job and not enough communication to have the courtesy to let the customer know when the insurance updates them and when they are backlogged and can't finish your car in time. Honestly I would not recommend using this automotive shop I would just go to the shop your insurance company recommends you go to because at the end of the day these people are on scammers and just in to make a buck and not to ensure the customer is satisfied. They took a month and a half just to replace one part and repaint the vehicle I don't understand why it takes so long. read more

Collision repairs are fine...but maybe that is all you should come to this shop for. I brought my car in for insurance repairs after an accident. I was taken care of on that end, fair to say, and the customer service was good at first ... then when I was told my brakes needed to be done by the "guy that does brakes" in the shop, I agreed to let him do all four brakes and rotors. I show up to pick up my car expecting my brakes to be finished and my car was still screeching. My fiancé took a look at all four and conveniently two of my rotors were still old. We called him to let him know his scam was a bust, at first he tried to tell us it was because of how long my car sat (2 days.) come to find out he "forgot" to replace the other two. How do you forget that? So my fiancé waited while he replaced them. The job was still a shotty one and when he finished his second hack job, my brakes just didn't work almost at all! My pedal had to be usher all the way to the ground for it to even slow to a stop! THEN he claimed he fixed that. Well now my car is essentially a death trap and my brake line is leaking. And of course what would a scam shop be without a nice big sign that says no refunds??? I don't dare go back and have him work at it he has done enough damage already. I wouldn't recommend this shop to a single person for anything other than collision. DO NOT come here for your brakes it is a scam waiting to happen, and I believe he took advantage of the fact that I was a female, and assumed I wouldn't notice he only did half his job the first time.
