Scammers. To be fair, they got there reasonably quickly and hooking up my car was also very fast…read more They asked me which tire shop I wanted to go for my flat, and I was too panicked to think straight so I went with their suggestion. Unfortunately for me, the shop they suggested was about 10 miles away, and they charge $10 per mile. I later learned there was a shop that was open under the same company that was about 2 miles away. Being that they are a towing company, I would think they know what shops are available around the island. I feel taken advantage of and scammed into paying $80 more than I had to, on top of an already astronomical fee of $230 for the truck to come. If you're good in a crisis and know the nearest tire shop and have no other option than to tow your car with a towing company, then I guess this company wouldn't be so bad.

Sean provided absolutely outstanding service. He treated my car like it was his own and was very careful with how he handled it. Additionally, he wound up helping me in a totally unexpected way after he came by a second time. After disconnecting the shift cable from the transmission to do some maintenance work, I was unable to reconnect it. I was expecting that he would once again tow my car to my mechanic as he did the first time around. However, when he arrived at my house, he offered to take a look and was able to reconnect the cable. He went WAY over and above, and saved me several hundred dollars that my mechanic would have charged me. If I ever need towing service again, I know who to call and not waste any time looking elsewhere. A very well deserved kudos to Sean.
